Abstract

전도성 중합체로 이루어진 소자(7)이 1개 이상의 금속 전극(3 및 5)의 표면층과 접촉하도록 위치하는 전기장치(1)이 개시되어 있다. 금속 전극은 제1금속을 포함하는 기재층(9), 제1금속과는 상이한 금속을 포함하는 중간 금속층(15), 및 (i) 제2금속을 포함하고, (ii) 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 1.3 이상이며, (iii) 반사 밀도 Rd가 0.60 이상인 표면층(17)을 함유한다. 전도성 중합체 조성물은 바람직하게는 PTC 거동을 나타낸다. 예를 들면 회로 보호 장치 또는 가열기일 수 있는 전기 장치는 중심선 평균 조도 및 반사 밀도 요건을 충족시키지 않는 전극으로 제조된 장치에 비해 개선된 열 및 전기 성능을 갖는다.

Claims (11)

  1. (A) 전도성 중합체로 이루어진 소자(7), 및 (B) (1) (a) 제1금속을 포함하는 기재층(9),(b) (i) 이 기재층(9)와 표면층(17) 사이에 위치하고, (ii) 상기 제1금속과는 상이한 금속을 포함하는 중간 금속층(15), 및 (c) (i) 제2금속을 포함하고, (ii) 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 1.3 이상이며, (iii) 반사 필도 Rd가 0.60 이상인 표면층(17)을 포함하고, (2) 상기 표면층(l7)이 상기 전도성 중합체 소자(7)과 직접 물리적으로 접촉하도록 위치하는 l개 이상의 금속 박막 전극(3)을 포함하는 전기 장치(1).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1금속이 구리 또는 놋쇠인 장치.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 제2금속이 니켈인 장치.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 2항에 있어서, 중간층(15)중의 금속이 상기 표면층(17)중의 금속과 동일한 장치.
  5. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, Ra가 2.5 이하인 장치.
  6. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서. 기재층(9)가 (a) 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 1.0 미만이고 , (b) 상기 중간층과 접촉하는 표면을 갖는 장치.
  7. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 전도성 중합체가 (a) PTC(양의 온도 계수) 거동을 나타내고, (b) 폴리올레핀 또는 플루오로중합체, 및 그 안에 분산되어 있는 미립 전도성 충전제를 포함하는 장치.
  8. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 2개의 금속 박막 전극(3 및 5)를 포함하고, (a) 저항이 50ohm 미만인 회로 보호 장치이거나, 또는 (b) 저항이 100ohm 이상인 가열기인 장치.
  9. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 표면층(17)이 노들(11)로 이루어지고, 이를 각각이 보다 작은 다수의 노들로 이루어지는 장치.
  10. (A) 전원, (B) 부하, 및 (C) 제1항 기재의 회로 보호 장치를 포함하는 전기 회로.
