Description
Claims (21)
- 동일 부피의 체조직 엘리먼트에 대한 다양한 변수를 모니터하기 위한 단일 시그날-단일 프로브 방식의 다중변수 분석 장치로서, (a) 입력 시그날 발생기; (b) 단일 시그날-단일 프로브로 구성되고, 입력 시그날 및 출력 시그날을 내외로 전달시키는 단일 시그날 가이드; (c) 출력 시그날을 2개 이상의 부분들로 분할시키는 시그날 스플릿터; (d) 출력 시그날의 다양한 성분을 분리시키는 2개 이상의 필터; (e) 출력 시그날의 상이한 성분들을 측정하는 2개 이상의 검출기; (f) 컴퓨터 및 아날로그 대 디지탈 변환기; 및 (g) 자료 평가용 알고리즘으로 이루어지는 분석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) 입력 시그날 발생기가 광원이고; (ii) 시그날 가이드가 Y형의 광섬유로서, Y의 한가지로부터 입력 시그날을 전달시키고, Y의 다른 가지로부터 출력 시그날을 전달시키며; (iii) 시그날 스플릿터가 광 스플릿터이고; (iv) 시그날 필터가 광 필터이고; (v) 검출기는 반사광이나 또는 형광으로부터 입사되는 방사선의 다양한 특징을 측정하는 분석 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 동일 부피 조직 엘리먼트의 산화 환원 상태(NADH) 및 미소순환 혈류(MBF)를 동시에 모니터하는 분석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시그날 가이드가 시그날 입력을 위한 제1그룹, 및 시그날 출력을 위한 제2그룹으로 이루어지는 다양한 그룹의 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원이 수은 램프(366nm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원이 He-Cd 레이저(324nm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1검출기는 450nm 형광을 투과시키는 필터를 구비한 포토멀티플리어 튜브를 통해 입사방사선을 측정하고, 제2검출기는 반사광(324 또는 366nm)을 투과시키는 필터를 구비한 도플러 분석기인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방사선을 측정하는 제3장치는 도플러 분석기 및 450nm 방사선을 모니터하는 포토멀티플리어와 조합 상태로 사용되는 또다른 포토멀티플리어내로 반사광(324 또는 366nm)을 투과시키는 필터를 구비한 반사계인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 동일 부피 조직 엘리먼트의 산화환원 상태(NADH) 및 혈류(MBF), 그리고 상기 영역에서의 전기피질 활성도(ECoG)를 동시에 모니터하기 위한 2중 시그날-2중 프로브 다중변수 분석 장치로서, 광원; 광 시그날 입력 및 출력 전달용 광섬유의 광 가이드, 및 전기시그날 전달용 절연된 2개의 백금 와이어를 함께 탑재하고, 2중 시그날-2중 프로브를 포함하는 프로브; 전기시그날을 증폭시키는 증폭기; 출력 시그날을 다양한 검출기 및 분석기에 분할시키는 광 스플릿터; 선택된 파장만을 통과시키는 광 필터; 목적 파장의 입사되는 방사선을 측정하는 포트멀티플리어 튜브; 도플러 분석기; 아날로그 대 디지탈 변환기 및 컴퓨터; 및 자료 평가용 알고리즘으로 이루어지는 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2중 시그날 단일 프로브가 절연된 2개의 백금 와이어와 함께 불규칙하게 혼합된 (NADH) 및 MBF 모니터용 광 가이드로서의 2그룹의 광섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 광 가이드가 Y자 형인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드가 광섬유의 많은 그룹, 시그날 입력을 의한 한 그룹, 및 시그날 출력을 위한 다른 그룹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광원이 수은 램프(366nm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광원이 He-Cd 레이저(324nm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.

- 동일 부피 조직 엘리먼트의 산화환원 상태(NADH), 혈액 부피 및 혈류(MBF), 및 상기 엘리먼트의 영역에서 세포의 K+, Ca2+, H+, Na+이온 농도, ECoG, 유조직압 및 국소 온도를 동시에 모니터하기 위한 다중 시그날-다중 프로브 다중변수 분석 장치로서, -아날로그 대 디지탈 변환기; -컴퓨터; 및 -자료 평가용 알고리즘과 조합상태로, 각각 -형광계 반사계 도플러 분석기(FRDA); -증폭기; -압력 트랜스듀서; 및 -온도 측정기에 연결된 캐뉼러가 설치되어 있는 단일 하우징내에, -동일 부피의 조직 엘리먼트를 측정하기 위해, 240μ 여자(excitation) 광섬유로 이루어진 레이저 도플러 유량 측정용 및 NADH 모니터링용 광섬유 다발/광 가이드; 및 주변의 dc 정전위 전극과 결합된 상태로 에폭시 접착제에 의해 캐뉼러에 부착된 이온 특이적 전극을 포함하는 다중 프로브 어셈블리; -전기피질 전극; -기준 전극; -유조직압을 모니터하기 위한 섬유 광학 프로브; 및 -열전쌍 전극으로 이루어지는 분석 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 동물 조직의 생존력을 모니터하는 분석 장치.
- 제1항에 따른 단일 시그날-단일 프로브 다중변수 분석 장치 및 조직의 에너지 상태에 관련된 지표의 계산 수단을 포함하는 전문가 시스템.
- 제8항에 따른 2중 시그날-2중 프로브 다중변수 분석 장치 및 뇌의 생존력과 관련된 지표의 계산 수단을 포함하는 전문가 시스템.
- 제15항에 따른 다중 시그날-다중 프로브 다중변수 분석 장치 및 뇌의 작용과 관련된 지표의 계산 수단을 포함하는 전문가 시스템.
