Abstract

본 발명은 반응기의 바닥 부분의 침전된 슬러지에 공급물을 분배하여 공급물이 공급되는 순차식 배치 반응기를 작동하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 공급물을 반응기의 바닥에 제공하는 수단을 갖는 순차식 배치 반응기를 또한 개시한다.

순차식 배치 반응기의 작동 방법(METHOD OF OPERATING A SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법을 실험실 규모로 평가하는데 사용되는 시스템의 대표도이다.
제2도는 5달 동안 실험실 규모로 작동된 SBR의 유입 및 유출 농도를 나타낸다.
제3도는 실험실 규모 SBR의 순환 성능을 나타낸다.
제4도는 반응기 높이에 대한 실험실 규모 SBR의 비혼합 충진 기간동안의 질소 화합물의 농도 프로필을 나타낸다.
제5도는 제4도와 동일한 SBR 대상의 반응기 높이에 대한 비혼합 충진 기간동안의 인화합물의 농도프로필을 나타낸다.
제6도는 SBR의 개략적인 대표도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 공급물을 반응기의 하부 부분의 침전된 슬러지에 분배시킴을 포함하는 순차식 배치 반응기에 공급물을 공급하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급물이 정지 분배기에 의해 분배되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공급물이 이동 분배기에 의해 분배되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 공급물이 반응기 충진 기간의 적어도 일부 동안은 반응기 내용물의 혼합없이 공급되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공급물이 반응기 충진 기간 전체 동안 반응기 내용물의 혼합없이 공급되는 방법.
  6. 공급수단, 통기 수단, 따라내는 수단 및 선택적으로 혼합수단을 가즌 하나 이상의 반응기 용기를 포함하고, 상기 공급 수단이 상기 반응기 용기의 바닥에 위치한 하나 이상의 분배기를 포함하는 순차식 배치 반응기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 분배기가 정지 분배기인 반응기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 정지 분배기가 다수의 분배기 출구 선을 제공하는 매니폴드를 포함하는 반응기.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분배기가 내부에 다수의 출구를 갖는 상부 표면으로 연장되는 매니폴드를 포함하는 반응기.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 분배기가 이동 분배기인 반응기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분배기가 내부에 다수의 출구를 갖고 반응기 용기의 바닥을 따라 선형으로 이동하는 부재를 포함하는 반응기.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 분배기가 내부에 다수의 개구를 갖고 반응기 용기의 바닥에 대해 직각인 축 주위를 회전하는 부재를 포함하는 반응기.
