Claims (10)
- 라이너 블랭크(6)가 플라즈마 아크분사 또는 화염분사 같은 열 분사에 의해 최소한 하나의 단단한 오래가는 층(7)을 갖는 원통형 내부 표면에 분사 코팅되고, 노출된 상태의 층은 라이너에서 활주하는 피스톤용 가동표면을 형성하며 오래가는 층보다 부드러운 런-인 층(8)이 실린더 라이너의 내부표면에 가해지는, 내연기관용, 상세하게는 대형 두 행정 크로스헤드 기관용 실린더 라이너(1) 제조방법에서, 런-인 층(8)이 있을 수 있는 조정외에 어떤 다른 거칠기 감소 기계적 기계 가공없이 오래가는 층 표면에 가해지므로 분사에 의해 구비된 단단한 오래가는 층(들)(7)의 표면 거칠기가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 런-인 층(8)이 라이너의 내부 표면위에 분사되고 분사에 의해 구비된 런-인 층(8)의 거칠기가, 라이너가 작동할 때, 부드러워 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 런-인 층(8)을 가하기전에, 라이너(1)가 중간 층(9)에 분사코팅되고 중간층의 경고가 오래가는 층(7)의 평균 경도보다 낮으나 런-인 층의 경도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 3항까지 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오래가는 층(7, 9)과 런-인 층(8) 모두가 열 분사에 의해 실린더 라이너(1)의 내부표면에 분사되어 형성되고 분사 형성된 층(7, 8, 9)이 있을 수 있는 조정외에 제조중 다른 기계가공을 필요로 하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용되는 분말 성분이 분사도중 조절되어 층(7, 8, 9)이 서로 균일하게 합해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 사용안된 조건에서 부드러운 런-인 층(8)을 갖고, 오래가는 층이 덮여있지 않고 피스톤 고리와 직접 접촉될 때 라이너에서 활주하는 피스톤의 피스톤 고리용 가동 표면을 형성하며, 플라즈마 아크분사 또는 화염분사 같은 열분사에 의해 분사 형성되는 최소한 하나의 단단한 오래가는 층(7)을 원통형 내부 표면 상에서 지지하MS 라이너 블랭크(6)를 구성하는 내연기관용, 상세하게는 대형 두 행정 크로스헤드 기관용 실린더 라이너(1)에 있어서, 다난한 오래가는 층(들)(7)의 분사 형성을 통해 구비되는 최소한 N9의, 바람직하게는 N11에서 N12의 범위에있는 표면 거칠기가 어떤 거칠기 감소 기계적 마무리 기계가공 없이도 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제6항에 있어서, 런-인 층(8)이 몰리브덴, 알루미늄, 은, 또는 니켈, 그리고 가능하게는 은 같은 금속으로 코팅된 흑연볼을 포함하거나 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 런-인 층(8)과 단단한 오래가는 층(7) 사이에, 라이너(1)가 몰리브덴과 몰리브덴 산화물의 혼합물로 된 중간 층(9)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너.
- 제6항에서 8항까지 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라이너의 블랭크(6)가 철로 만들어지고, 런-인 층(8)의 경도가 70에서 130HV 범위에 있고, 선택적 중간층(9)의 경도가 250에서 750HV의 범위에 있고 오래가는 층(7)의 미소경도가 2000HV까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너.
- 제6항에서 9항까지 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오래가는 층(7)이 크롬, 니켈 및/또는 몰리브덴을 구성하는 부드러운 매트릭스로 구성되며 Cr3C2, Ni3C, MOC, Cr2O3, 및/또는 BN같은 단단한 입자가 그 안에 있게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
