Claims (20)
- (1) 제1면이 (a) (i) 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 25중량% 내지 80중량%의 니트릴 단량체, (ii) 하기 화학식 2를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체, (iii) α 또는 β에틸렌형 불포화 카르복실 산 또는 설포에틸메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체를 포함하는 중합체성 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 단량체들은 중합체성 코팅물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 80℃ 범위내의 측정된 유리 전이 온도를 얻는데 충분한 함량(중량%)으로 혼합되며, (2) 제2면이 (b) 아크릴계 코팅 조성물을 포함하는 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 (a) 중합체성 코팅물은 70 내지 125℃ 범위내의 온도에서 (b)코팅물로 용착가능한, 상기 제1면 및 제2면을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 기재를 포함하는 열용착가능한 폴리올레핀 필름;상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸이며, R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이며, R3는 C1-C10알킬 기 및 1,3- 부타디엔이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 25 내지 50중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(i); 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체 (ii); 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(iii)를 포함하며, 상기 혼합된 단량체는 측정된 Tg가 10 내지 50℃인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴 및 메티크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 25 내지 80중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(i); 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체 (ii); 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(iii)를 포함하며, 상기 혼합된 단량체는 측정된 Tg가 10 내지 80℃인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 점착방지제를 부가로 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아크릴산의 에스테르 및 메타크릴산의 에스테르로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단랴체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하지 않으며, 측정된 Tg가 10 내지 80℃인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (ii) 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 이소프로필 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단량체인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (iii) 카르복실 산 단량체는 메타크릴산, 아크릴산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 설포에틸 메타크릴레이트, 말레산 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (i) 폴리올레핀 기재내에 또는 (ii) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리올레핀 기재의 코팅물과 접하는 자극성 물질이 존재하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 자극성 물질이 테르펜, 유리제, 천연 또는 합성 방향유로 구성된 군에서 선택된 열 용착가능한 필름.
- (1) 내면이 (a) (i) 하기 화학식 (1)을 갖는 25중량% 내지 50중량%의 니트릴 단량체; (ii) 하기 화학식 (2)를 갖는 알키 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체; (ii) α 또는 β 에틸렌형 불포화 카르복실 산 또는 설포에틸메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 중합체성 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 단량체들은 중합체성 코팅물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 50℃ 범위내의 측정된 유리 전이 온도를 얻는데 충분한 함향(중량%)으로 혼합되며, (2) 외면이 (b)아크릴계 코팅 조성물을 포함하는 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 (a) 열 용착가능한 중합체성 코팅물은 70 내지 125℃ 범위내의 온도에서 (b) 코팅물로 용착가능한, 상기 내면 및 외면을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 기재를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 폴리올레핀 필름;상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸 이며, R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이며, R3는 C1-C10알킬 기 및 1,3-부타디엔이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단랴체(i); 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단량체 (ii); 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단량체(iii); 를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴 및 메티크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 25 내지 80중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(i); 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체 (ii); 아크릴산 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체(iii)를 포함하며, 상기 혼합된 단량체는 측정된 Tg가 10 내지 80℃인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 점착방지제를 부가로 포함하는 열 용착 가능한 필름.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아크릴산의 에스테르 및 메타크릴산의 에스테르로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 단량체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하지 않으며, 측정된 Tg 가 10 내지 80℃인 열 용착가능한 필름.
- (1) 내면이 (a) (i) 하기 화학식 (1)을 갖는 25중량%의 니트릴 단량체; (ii)하기 화학식(2)를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 40 내지 75중량%의 하나이상의 단량체; (iii) α 또는 β에틸렌형 불포화 카르복실 산 또는 설포에틸메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 중합체성 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 단량체들은 중합체성 코팅물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 80℃ 범위내의 측정된 유리 전이 온도를 얻는데 충분한 함량(중량%)으로 혼합되며, (2) 외면이 (b) 하기 화학식 (1)을 갖는 40 내지 80중량%의 니트릴 단량체를 포하하는 아크릴계 코팅 조성물을 포함하는 코팅물을 포함하며, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 측정된 Tg 가 35℃ 내지 80℃ 범위내이며, 상기 (a)열 용착가능한 중합체성 코팅물은 70 내지 125℃ 범위내의 온도에서 (b) 코팅물로 용착가능한, 상기 내면 및 외면을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 기재를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 폴리올레핀 필름;상기식에서 R1은 수소 또는 메틸이며, R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이며, R3는 C1-C10알킬 기 및 1,3-부타디엔이다.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 코팅물은 (i) 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 니트릴; (ii) 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 단량체; 및 (iii) 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 단량체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 아크릴니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 니트릴 단량체를 포함하는 열 용착가능한 필름.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 코팅물은 (ii) 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 40 내지 70중량%의 단량체 및 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 내지 10중량%의 하나이상의 단량체를 부가로 포하하는 열 용착가능한 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
