유리성형체의 시일에지의 블로우 다운을 방지할 수 있고, 이로써 냉각공기유량을 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 유리성형체의 냉각효과가 향상된다
〔선택수단〕
암금형의 상부 둘레부에 환형 부재를 배치하고, 이 환형 부재에 형성된 도입로에서 암금형내의 유리성형체의 상부 둘레부분에 있어서,의 내측에 공급된 냉각공기의 일부를, 유리성형체를 외측면에 도입하여, 유리성형체의 내측의 공기압과 외측의 공기압을 대략 동등하게 되도록 설정하여 유리성형체를 냉각한다

Claims (5)

  1. 용융유리 덩어리를 암금형에 공급하는 고브공급공정과, 숫금형을 강하시켜서 상기 용융유리 덩어리를 유리성형체에 가압성형하는 프레스공정과, 숫금형을 상승시켜 금형을 개방하여 암금형내의 유리성형체를 에어블로우에 의하여 냉각고화시키는 공기냉각공정을 가지는 유리제품의 성형방법.에 있어서, 상기 공기냉각공정에 있어서,의 유리성형체의 상부 둘레부분에 (있어서,의 내측의 공기압과 외측의 공기압이 대략 동등하게 되도록 설정하여 상기 유리성형체를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리성형체의 내측의 냉각공기흐름을 분기시키는 도입로를 냉각유리성형체의 위쪽 및 외측면에 마련하고, 분기된 공기흐름에 의하여 외측면을 가압하여, 상기 내측의 공기압과 상기 외측의 공기압이 대략 동등하게 되도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는유리제품의 성형방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리성형체의 상부 둘레면에서 상기 도입로의 상벽까지의 연직방향거리를 H로 하고, 유리성형체의 외측면의 연직방향의 연장선에서 도입로 입구의 개구단까지의 수평방향거리를 X로 한 경우에, 상기 H, X를 0. 2X/H1. 2가 되도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 제품의 성형방법.
  4. 암금형과 숫금형에 의해 가압성형된 이 숫금형내의 유리성형체를, 냉각공기에 의해 냉각고화시키는 유리제품의 성형장치에 있어서, 상기 암금형의 상부 둘레면에 환형 부재를 배치하고, 이 환형 부재에 형성된 도입로에서, 상기 유리성형체의 상부둘레 부분에 있어서,의 내측에 공급된 냉각공기의 일부를 유리성형체의 외측면으로 도입하고, 유리성형체의 상부 둘레 부분에 있어서,의 내측의 공기압과 외측의 공기압을 대략 동등하게 되도록 설정하여 상기 유리성형체를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 성형장치
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 암금형의 상부 둘레면이 대략 직사각형상이고, 환형 부재를 이 암금형의 장·단변부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 성형장치
