Claims (11)
- 개조 4륜 구동 자동차(10)에 사용하기 위한 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜(34)에 있어서, 입력 부재(40)와, 상기 입력 부재(40)에 직각으로 배치된 구동 부재(74)와, 상기 입력 부재(40)에서 상기 구동 부재(74)까지 회전 에너지를 전달하기 위한 기어 세트(62, 68)와, 상기 구동 부재(74)와 정렬된 한쌍의 출력 부재(114) 및, 상기 구동 부재(74)와 상기 출력 부재(114) 각각에 배치되고 작동가능하게 선택적으로 맞물리는 한쌍의 변조식 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)는 복수의 제1 및 제2삽입 클러치 플레이트(100, 102)를 각각 포함하고, 상기 복수의 제1클러치 플레이트(100)는 상기 구동 부재에 작동식으로 결합되고 상기 복수의 제2클러치 플레이트(102) 각각은 상기 복수의 출력 부재중 하나와 작동식으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 출력 부재(114) 각각을 회전시키기 위해 배치된 토온 휠(162) 및 상기 토온 휠(162) 각각을 감지하는 상태로 배치된 센서(164)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)는 보상적으로 형성되어 대향 배치된 램프 리세스(142, 148) 및 상기 리세스(142, 148)에 배치된 롤링부재(144)를 가지는 한쌍의 대향된 원형 부재(140, 146)를 구비하는 볼 램프 작동기를 각각 포함하고 상기 부재(140, 146)의 상대 회전은 상기 부재(140, 146)를 축방향으로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동 부재(74)는 중공 내부(174)를 한정하고 상기 구동 부재(74)를 회전시키기 위해 배치된 유체 스캐빈저(scavenger : 172)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 출력 축(114)은 상기 구동 부재(74)의 상기 중공 내부(174)와 유체 결합된 중공 내부(176)를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 세트는 한쌍의 감속 베벨 기어(62, 68)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력 부재(40)는 일체식으로 형성된 베벨 기어(62)를 포함하고 상기 구동 부재(74)는 거기에 고정된 링 기어(68)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 변조식 클러치(90A, 90B)를 제어하기 위한 마이크로프로세서(190)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조식 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)는 전자석 코일(134)과 하우징(132)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.
- 개조 4륜 구동 자동차(10)에 사용하기 위한 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜(34)에 있어서, 하우징 (44, 46)과, 상기 하우징(44)에 회전가능하게 배치된 입력 부재(40)와, 상기 하우징(44)에 배치된 구동 부재(74)까지 회전 에너지를 전달하기 위한 기어 세트(62, 68)와, 상기 구동 부재(74)와 정렬되고 상기 하우징(46)에 회전가능하게 배치된 한쌍의 출력 부재(114)와, 상기 구동 부재(74)와 상기 출력 부재(114) 사이에 배치되어 작동가능하게 선택적으로 맞물리는 한쌍의 독립적인 변조식 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)와, 보상적으로 형성되어 대향 배치된 램프 리세스(142, 148)를 갖는 한쌍의 대향된 원형 부재(140, 146)와 상기 리세스(142, 148)에 배치된 롤링 부재(144)를 구비하며 상기 부재(140, 146)의 상대 회전이 축방향으로 상기 부재(140, 146)를 이동시키는 볼 램프 작동기 및, 전자석 코일(134)을 포함하고, 상기 변조식 클러치 어셈블리(90A, 90B)는 복수의 제1 및 제2삽입 클러치 플레이트(100, 102)를 각각 구비하고, 상기 복수의 제1클러치 플레이트(100)는 상기 구동 부재(74)에 작동식으로 결합되며 상기 복수의 제2클러치 플레이트(102) 각각은 상기 복수의 출력 부재(114) 중 하나와 작동식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 변조식 클러치를 가지는 디퍼렌셜.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
