Claims (10)
- 용융물을 수용하는 내화라이닝(2)을 구비한 용융용기장치(5,18), 용융용커버의 중앙에 유지되어 있고, 수평으로 안내된 전극지지아암(9)을 가지고 있는 수직으로 변위가능한 캐소드전극(1) 및 용기벽으로부터 용융물(3)까지 도전성 하부용기(5)의 부근에 있는 아노드저부 전극장치(4,20,21,10)로 이루어져 있고, 전력의 공급 및 제거가 노의 측면을 따라서 간격을 둔 방식으로 설치된 정류기전원(11)으로 라인(6,9)을 통해 한 측면에서 일어나는 직류아아크로에 있어서, (a) 하부용기(5)는 수개의 사분원(Ⅰ 내지 Ⅳ)에서 리드(6)와 연결되어 있고, (b)는 각각의 사분원 근방에서 리드(6)에 대한 연결판(4)은 하부용기(5)의 노벽(21)에 설치되어 있고, (c) 아아크(8) 바로 밑에서 리드(6)는 수평면을 지나서 노벽까지 연결되어 있고, (d) 전류의 리턴은 수평전극지지아암(9)을 통해 이루어지고, (e)는 정류기전원(11)에 인접한 하부용기의 사분원(Ⅰ,Ⅳ)에 대한 전류세기는 잔여 사분원(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)에 공급되는 전류의 세기보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사분원영역(Ⅰ 내지 Ⅳ)의 연겨판(4)의 간격은 동일하지 않게 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 정류기전원(11)으로부터 떨어진 사분원(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)의 연결판(4)은 노/종류기장치의 길이 방향 축(22)쪽으로 변위되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전력공급선(6)이 하부용기(5)의 노벽(21)까지 횡방향으로 도달되어, 하부용기 둘레에 형성된 자장(13)에 대해 하부용기(5)의 강케이싱에 의한 추가적인 차폐를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 정류기전원(11)이 아노드 하부용기까지 양극으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하부용기(5)는 상부용기(6)로부터 전기적으로 절연되어 있고, 전류를 흐르게 하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전원(11)에 인접한 사분원(Ⅰ,Ⅳ)으로의 리드(6)를 통한 전류의 총량은 사분원(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)으로의 리드를 통한 전류의 총량보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리드(6)를 통해 흐르는 각각의 전류는 정류기전원(11)의 전류레귤레이터에서의 설정치를 통해 연속적으로 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정류기전원(11)은 각각의 리드(6)와 연결되어 있고, 이 정류기전원의 디멘젼은 필요한 단락전류(12)에 의해 비대칭세트에 대응하는 방식으로 정해진 것을 특징으로 하는 직류아아크로.
- 제 1 항에 따른 직류아아크로의 작업방법에 있어서, 하부용기(5)를 통해서 저부아노드(10,20,21)로 개별적인 리드(6)에서 흐르는 전류는 중앙상부캐소드(1)와 용융물(3) 사이에서 형성된 아아크(8)의 편향의 함수로서 리드(6)에 상이한 전류세기를 부여하는 방식으로 조정되고 이 상이한 전류는 아아크(8)에 대해 추가자장을 통하여 제획된 힘을 발휘하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
