Abstract

100nm 이하의 공극, 10 내지 800㎏/㎥ 범위의 온도 및 10 내지 1500㎥/g 범위의 표면적을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하는 유기 에어로겔을 제공한다.

유기 에어로겔(Organic Aerogels)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도 및 제 2 도는 에어로겔상의 BET 측정은 15㎡/g의 내표면적을 나타내었다. TEM 사진은 50nm의 공극을 나타내었다,
제 3 도는 100 내지 200마이크론 입자 크기의 조악한 분말로 분쇄된 수득된 에어로겔에 대해 압력(mbar)의 함수로서 열 전도도(10℃에서 mw/m°k 단위로의 람다값)을 보여준다,
제 4 도는 10 내지 20 마이크론 입자 크기의 분말로 분쇄된 동일한 에어로겔은 람다 대 압력 결과를 나타낸다.

Claims (20)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하는 유기 에어로겔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 100nm 이하의 공극을 갖는 에어로겔.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 5 내지 50nm 범위의 공극을 갖는 에어로겔.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 1 내지 1000㎏/㎥ 범위의 밀도를 갖는 에어로겔.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 20 내지 400㎏/㎥ 범위의 밀도를 갖는 에어로겔.
  6. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 1500㎥/g 범위의 표면적을 갖는 에어로겔.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 200 내지 1000㎥/g 범위의 표면적을 갖는 에어로겔.
  8. a) 적합한 용매내에서 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트 삼량체화 촉매를 혼합하는 단계, b) 상기 혼합물을 충분히 긴 시간 동안 휴지 상태로 유지하여 중합체성 겔을 형성하는 단계, 및 c) 수득된 겔을 초임계적으로 건조시키는 단계로 이루어진 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 에어로겔의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 이소시아네이트-말단 전중합체인 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 총 반응 혼합물을 기준으로 0.5 내지 30중량% 범위의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고관능성 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물과 우레탄 촉매를 단계 a)에서의 다른 성분들과 함께 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고관능성 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물이 알킬렌 옥사이드와 분자당 2 내지 8의 활성 수소 원자를 함유하는 개시제와 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 개시제가 에틸렌 디아민인 방법.
  14. 제11항 내지 13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고관능성 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물이 폴리이소시아네이트를 기준으로 1 내지 60중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 삼량체화 촉매가 트리아진 유도체인 방법.
  16. 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레탄 촉매가 3급 아민인 방법.
  17. 제8항 내지 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트/촉매 중량비가 5 내지 1000 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제8항 내지 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 디클로로메탄인 방법.
  19. 제8항 내지 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔을 초임계적으로 건조시키기 전에 용매를 교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 용매를 억제 이산화탄소로 교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
