Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 불용성 화합물 또는 이의 염 및 캡슐내 유체, 및/또는 계면활성제 및/또는 셀룰로오스 유도체를 포함하는 캡슐화된 약학적 투여 제형에 관한 것이다. 상기 투여 제형은 캡슐 쉘에서 캡슐 내용물이 방출시, 실질적으로 불용성 화합물 또는 이의 염의 결정체 크기가 감소되기 때문에 종래의 시스템에 비해, 향상된 경구 흡수성을 제공한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 실질적으로 불용성 화합물 또는 이의 염 및 캡슐내 유체, 및/또는 계면활성제 및/또는 셀룰로오스 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화된 약학적 투여 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 불용성 화합물 또는 이의 염, 캡슐내 유체 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 투여 제형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 불용성 화합물 또는 이의 염, 캡슐내 유체 및 셀룰로오스 유도체를 포함하는 투여 제형.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 캡슐내 유체가 다가 알콜인 투여 제형.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 캡슐내 유체가 다가 알콜인 투여 제형.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 다가 알콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 계면활성제가 폴리옥실 스테아레이트인 투여 제형.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 다가 알콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이고, 셀룰로오스 유도체가 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스인 투여 제형.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 400이고, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스가 중합도가 낮은 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스인 투여 제형.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 실질적으로 불용성 화합물이 닐바디핀, 3-(디플루오로매틸)-1-(4-메톡시페닐)-5-(4-메틸설포닐페닐)피라졸, 또는 3-(디플루오로메틸)-1-(4-메톡시페닐)-5-(4-메틸설피닐페닐)피라졸인 투여 제형.
