Claims (4)
- 외부 온도변화에 따라 로드(4) 및 밸브가드(5)가 수직운동되어 관내의 유체를 개폐하는 온수조절밸브에 있어서, 외부 온도 변화를 검축하여 전원 공급 및 차단하는 온도센서(10)와 , 상기 온도센서(10)의 설정온도의 도달여부에 따라 발열체(30)의 구동원을 제공하는 전원 공급부(20)와, 상기 전원 공급부(20)의 구동원으로 발열되어 제1 용수철(40)의 온도변화를 유도하는 발열체(30)와 , 상기 발열체(30)에서 전도되는 내부온도차에 따라 신축작용되어 로드(4)를 상향이동시키는 제1 용수철(40)과, 상기 제1 용수철(40)의 신축작용과는 역으로 압축 및 신장되어 로드(4)를 하향 이동시키는 제2 용수철(50)을 구비하여서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 온수 조절 밸브의 로드 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1용수철(40)의 온도변화를 유도하는 발열체(30)는 세라믹 히터로 함을 특징으로 하는 온수조절 밸브의 로드 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 용수철(40)은 니켈-티탄(Ni-Ti)계 형상기억 합금으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 온수 조절 밸브의 로드 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로드(4) 및 밸브 가드(5)의 수직운동 조건은 제1 용수철(40)의 온도변위에 따라 대항되는 제2 용수철(50)과의 신축력 차에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 조절 밸브의 로드 구동장치.
