Claims (10)
- 팽윤된 제품을 얻기 위해, 전분의 중량을 기준으로 총함습도가 25중량% 이하인 전분을 압출하는 방법에 있어서, 전분의 30중량% 이상이 최소한 180미크론 이상의 입자크기를 갖는 입자크기분포의 전분을 압출기에 공급하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전분의 50중량% 이상이 입자크기가 최소한 180미크론 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급되는 전분은 함습도가 약 15중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전분은 최소한 40중량% 이상의 아밀로즈를 함유하는 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압출기에서의 전분의 총함습도는 21중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급되는 전분은 연속식 벨트건조기에서 건조된 전분슬러리액인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전분의 50중량% 이상이 입자크기가 최소한 180미크론 이상인 것을 특징을 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급되는 전분은 함습도가 약 15중량% 이하이고, 최소한 40중량% 이상의 아밀로즈를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출기내의 전분의 총함습도는 약 5∼25중량%이고, 압출기에 공급되는 전분은 수분함량이 약 5∼12중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급되는 전분은 연속식 벨트건조기에서 건조된 전분슬러리액인 것을 특징으로 하는 전분압출방법.
