Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 1.5 대 1 보다 더 큰 소성 변형율 대 탄성 변형율의 비율을 갖는 탄성 중합체로 형성된 중공형 스프링 부재를 포함하고, 상기 스프링 부재의 분자 구조는 적어도 한 방향으로의 상기 부재의 소성 변형의 결과로서 방향성이 부여되며 ; b) 상기 스프링 부재는 구형 부분 부재를 갖고, 상기 구형 부재 부재의 단부들은 상기 스프링의 압축의 상당 부분에 걸쳐 비교적 일정한 스프링 율을 제공하기 위하여 상기 구형 부분의 단부들에 전체적으로 접하는 각도를 갖는 천이 수단에서 끝나며 ; c) 상기 스프링은 상기 부재들 중 하나에 힘이 가해질 때 에너지를 흡수하기 위하여 두 부재 사이를 상호 연결하기 위한 수단을 가지며 ; d) 상기 스프링은 그 압축 변위의 상당 부분에 걸쳐 비교적 일정한 스프링 율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이 수단이 적어도 하나의 원추대의 형상을 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체의 압축 영구 변형 특성을 극복하고, 그 분자 구조에 방향성을 주고, 비교적 일정한 스프링 율을 제공하도록, 상기 스프링 부재가 그 길이의 적어도 30% 만큼 압축에 의해 변형되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링.
- a) 1.5 대 1보다 큰 소성 변형율 대 탄성 변형율의 비율을 갖는 탄성 중합체로 형성된 중공형 스프링 부재를 포함하고, 상기 부재의 분자 구조는 적어도 한 방향으로의 상기 부재의 소성 변형의 결과로서 방향성이 부여되며 ; b) 상기 스프링 부재는 상기 스프링의 압축의 상당 부분에 걸쳐 비교적 일정한 스프링 율을 제공하는 연장된 단부들을 갖는 구형 부분의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 범퍼 조립체에 있어서 차량과 이에 관련된 범퍼 사이에 상호 연결된 압축 스프링.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기의 연장된 단부가 상기 구형 부분의 단부에 전체적으로 접하는 예각으로 연장되는 원추대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링.
- a) 소성 변형율 대 탄성 변형율의 비율이 1.5 대 1보다 큰 탄성 중합체로 형성된 전체적으로 실린더형의 몸체 ; b) 상기 실린더형 몸체의 각 단부에서 예각으로 연장되는 원추대 ; 및 c) 두 구성 부재 사이에 스프링을 설치하기 위한 부착 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링용 예비 성형품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 부착 수단이 상기 원추대에 일체로 결합되는 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 성형품.
- a) 소성 변형율 대 탄성 변형율의 비율이 1.5 대 1보다 큰 탄성 중합체의 예비 성형품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고 ; b) 상기 예비 성형품은 실린더형 몸체를 구비하고, 상기 몸체는 상기 몸체의 측벽들로부터 예각으로 연장되는 원추대에 일체로 결합되는 단부들을 구비하며 ; c) 상기 실린더형 몸체가 구형 부분의 형상을 취하며 상기 원추대들과 결과적인 구형 부분 사이의 각도가 감소되도록 상기 예비 성형품을 압축하는 단계 ; 및 d) 상기 예비 성형품으로부터 압축력을 제거하는 단계 ;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 범퍼 조립체용 탄성 중합체 압축 스프링의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 플랜지가 상기 원추대에 일체로 결합되고 자동차의 샤시와 범퍼 사이에 상기 스프링을 부착하기 위한 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 예비 성형품이 그 길이의 적어도 30% 만큼 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 스프링의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
