Claims (10)
- 일반식(I)(식중, R1은 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 수산기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기로 치환할 수 있는 아미노기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 저급알킬기로 치환할 수 있는 술파모일기이고, R2은 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 수산기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자, 아미노기 또는 니트로기이고, 여기서 R1과 R2은 함께 결합하고 메틸렌디옥시기를 형성할 수 있고, R3은 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자 또는 아미노기이고, R4과 R5은 동일 또는 상이하고, 이들은 각각 저급알킬기를 나타내고, 여기서 R4과 R5은 함께 결합하여 그 치환되는 질소원자와 함께 1-피롤리디닐기 또는 피페리디노기를 형성함)으로 표시되는 아미드화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용할 수 있는 산부가염.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-[4-[2-(디메틸아미노)에톡시]벤질]-3,4-디메톡시벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-[4-[2-(디메틸아미노)에톡시]벤질]-3,4-디메톡시벤즈아미드 히드로클로리드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3,4-메틸렌디옥시-N-[4-[2-(1-피롤리디닐)에톡시]벤질 ]벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3,4-디메톡시-N-[4-[2-(1-피롤리디닐)에톡시]벤질]벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-[4-[2-(디메틸아미노)에톡시]벤질]-4-에톡시-3-메톡시벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-[4-[2-(디메틸아미노)에톡시]벤질]-2-메톡시-5-술파모일벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4-아미노-5-클로로-2-메톡시-N-[4-[2-(1-피롤리디닐)에톡시]벤질]벤즈아미드인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항의 유효량의 1이상의 화합물과, 상용성인 약릭학적으로 허용할 수 있는 제제용 성분 또는 피복물로 이루어지는 소화된 운동 부활제.
- 일반식(I)(식중, R1은 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 수산기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기로 치환할 수 있는 아미노기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 저급알킬기로 치환할 수 있는 술포모일기이고, R2은 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 수산기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자, 아미노기 또는 니트로기이고, 여기서 R1과 R2은 함께 결합하여 메틸렌디옥시기를 형성할 수 있고, R3은 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자 또는 아미노기이고, R4과 R5은 동일 또는 상이하고, 이들은 각각 저급알칼기를 나타내고, 여기서 R4과 R5은 함게 결합하여 그 치환되는 질소원자와 함께 1-피롤리디닐기 또는 피페리디노기를 형성함)으로 표시되는 아미드화합물 및 그 약리학적으로 허용할 수 있는 산부가염의 제조방법으로서,일반식(IV)(식중, R1, R2및 R5은 각각 상기 정의와 같음)으로 표시되는 카르본산화합물을 그 반응성 유도체(염화물 또는 기타 할로겐화합물, 무수물 또는 혼합무수물 등)로 변환한 후,일반식(V)(식중, R4및 R2은 상기 정의와 같음)으로 표시되는 아미노화합물과, 염기의 존재하에 또는 비존재하에 유기용매중에서 반응시키는 일반식(I)로 표시되는 아미드화합물 및 그 약리학적으로 허용할 수 있는 산부가염의 제조방법.
