Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- (a) 아크릴 에스테르의 단량체를 포함하는 액체 성분, 및 (b) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 55 내지 89.5중량%, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 40중량% 및 스티렌 0.5 내지 5중량%로 이루어지고, 분자량 약 500,000 내지 약 1,500,000을 갖는 삼원 공중합체를 포함하는 분말 성분을 포함하는 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분말 성분이 분말 성분의 중량을 기준으로 메틸 메타크릴레이트 55 내지 89.5중량%, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 40중량% 및 스티렌 0.5 내지 5중량%를 포함하는 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (a)에 유리 라디칼 안정화제 및 중합 촉진제를 또한 혼입시킴을 포함하는 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 라디칼 안정화제가 하이드로퀴논이고, 상기 중합 촉진제가 N, N-디메틸파라툴루이딘인 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분말 성분에 불투명화제를 또한 혼입시킴을 포함하는 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 및 스티렌 삼원 공중합체의 입자 크기 분포가 50 내지 500μ의 범위인 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 입자의 적어도 50%가 약 100 내지 200μ의 범위인 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 분말 성분이 분말 성분의 중량을 기준으로 메틸 메타크릴레이트 77중량%, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 20중량% 및 스티렌 3중량%를 포함하고, 1,000,000 이상의 분자량을 갖는 골 시멘트 조성물.
- 메틸 메타크릴레이트 55 내지 89.5중량%, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 40중량% 및 스티렌 0.5 내지 5중량%로 이루어지고, 분자량 약 500,000 내지 약 1,500,000을 갖는 삼원 공중합체를 포함하는, 골 시멘트 조성물에 대한 전구체로 유용한 분말 성분.
