Claims (20)
- (a) 25℃에서 고체된 최소한 부분적으로 용융된 점성결합제 물질의 다수의 입자를 섬유 매트의 100중량부당 0.25내지 20부의 양으로 섬유 매트 위에 도포한 다음, (b) 상기 결합제 물질을 당해 물질이 고체인 온도로 냉각시켜 입자들이 매트내의 섬유에 부착되어 섬유들이 함께 결합하도록 함을 특징으로 하여, 결합제를 섬유 매트에 도포하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 물질이 열가소성 유기 중합체이고 섬유 매트가 유리, 흑연, 탄소 또는 고굴곡탄 성율의 유기중합체 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 섬유의 직경이 1내지 1000μ이고, 매트 100중량부당 결합제 1내지 20중량부가 사용되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결합제 물질이 에폭시 수지이고 섬유가 평균 길이 0.25내지 10인치의 유리인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 매트가 유리섬유직물 또는 편물인 방법.
- (a) 25℃에서 고체인 고체 결합제 물질의 다수의 입자를 에너지원을 통해 분무하여 입자들이 최소한 부분적으로 용융되어 점성이 되도록 하고, (b) 최소한 부분적으로 용융된 입자를 섬유 매트 100중량부당 0.25내지 20부의 양으로 섬유 매트와 접촉시킨 다음, (c) 당해 입자들을 이들이 고체인 온도로 냉각시켜 입자들이 매트 내의 섬유에 부착되어 섬유들이 함께 결합하도록 함을 특징으로 하여, 결합제를 섬유 매트에 도포하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결합제 물질이 열가소성 유기 중합체이고 섬유 매트가 유리, 흑연, 탄소 또는 고굴곡탄 성율의 유기중합체 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 섬유의 직경이 1내지 1000μ이고, 매트 100중량부당 결합제 1내지 20중량부가 사용되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 결합제 물질이 에폭시 수지이고 섬유가 평균 길이 0.25내지 10인치의 유리인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 매트가 유리섬유직물 또는 편물인 방법.
- (a) 다수의 강화용 단섬유를 스크린에 도포하여 성형매트를 형성시키고, (b) 25℃에서 고체인 최소한 부분적으로 점성인 결합제 물질의 다수의 입자, 상기 섬유를 스크린위 적당한 위치로 유지시키면서 분무하여 입자들이 성형 매트에 접촉하도록 한 다음, (c) 결합제 물질을 당해 물질이 고체인 온도로 냉각시켜 결합제 물질이 매트내 섬유들과 부착하여 섬유들을 함께 결합하여 치수 안정한 예비성형물을 형성시킨 다음, (d) 생성된 예비성형물을 스크린으로부터 제거함을 특징으로 하여, 예비성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 섬유의 직경이 1내지 1000μ이고 평균 길이가 0.25내지 4인치이며 매트 100중량부당 결합제 1내지 20중량부가 사용되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 섬유가 유리, 흑연, 탄소 또는 고굴곡탄 성율의 유기중합체이며, 결합제 물질이 열가소성 유기 중합체인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계 (a)및 (c)를 동시에 수행하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 결합제 물질 입자가 화염에 의해 최소한 부분적으로 용융되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 화염분사장치를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계 (a)및 (c)를 연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 결합제 물질 입자가 화염에 의해 최소한 부분적으로 용융되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 화염분사장치를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 단계(a)-(d)를 단계(e)를 수행하기 전 2회 이상 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
