Abstract

불포화카르복시산을 필수성분으로 함유하는 중합성 단량체 성분(A)을 탄소수가 6내지 18 알킬메르캅탄의 존재하에서 중합하여 얻은 산가가 200이상의 수용성 또는 수분산성의 말단알킬기를 가지는 중합성〔I〕및/ 또는 그 염을 유화제로서 사용하여, 중합성 자외선 안정성 단량체(a) 0.1 내지 10 중량%, 시클로알칼기함유 중합성 단량체(b) 5 내지 99.4 중량%, 카르복실기와의 반응성을 가지는 기를 함유하는 중합체 단량체(c) 0.5 내지 40중량%, 그밖이 중합성 단량체(d) 0내지 94.4중량%〔단 중합성 단량체 (a),(b),(c),(d)이 합계는 100중량%이다.〕로 이루어진 중합성 단량체 성분(Ⅱ)을, 수성매체 중에서 유화중합하여 얻은 유화중합체〔X〕를 사용한 고 내후성 1액가교형 에멀션이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 불포화카르복시산을 필수성분으로서 함유하는 중합성 다량체 성분(A)을 탄소수가 6내지 18의 알칼메르탄의 존재하에서 중합하여 얻은 산가가 200이상의 수용성 또는 수분산성의 말단알킬기를 가지는 중합성〔Ⅰ〕및/또는 그 염을 유화제로서 사용하여, 중합성 자외선 안전성 단량체(a) 0.1내지 10중량%, 시클로알킬기 함유 중합성 단량체(b), 5 내지 99.4중량%, 카르복실기와의 반응성을 가지는 기를 함유하는 중합성 단량체(c) 0.5 내지 40중량%, 그밖의 중합성 단량체(d) 0 내지 94.4중량% 〔단 중합성 단량체 (a),(b),(c),(d)이 합계는 100중량%이다.〕로 이루어진 중합성 단량체 성분(Ⅱ)을, 수성매체 중에서 유화중합하여 얻는 유화중합체[X〕를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내후성 1액가교형 에멀션.
  2. 불포화카르복시산을 필수성분으로서 함유하는 중합성 단량체 성분(A)을 탄소수가 6내지 18의 알칼메르캅탄의 존재하에서 중합하여 얻은 산가가 200이상의 수용성 또는 수분산성의 말단알킬기를 가지는 중합성〔Ⅰ〕및/또는 그 염을 유화제로서 사용하여, 중합성 자외선 안전성 단량체(a) 0.1내지 10중량%, 시클로알킬기 함유 단량체(b), 5 내지 94.4중량%, 카르복실기와의 반응성을 가지는 기를 함유하는 중합성 단량체(c) 0.5 내지 40중량%, 탄소수 12내지 18의 포화알칼기를 가지는 중합성 단량체(e) 5내지 50중량%, 그밖의 중합성 단량체(d) 0 내지 89.4중량% 〔단 중합성 단량체 (a),(b),(c),(d),(e)의 합계는 100중량%이다.〕된 중합성 단량체 성분(Ⅲ)를, 수성매체 중에서 유화중합하여 얻어지는 유화중합체〔XX〕를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내후성 1액가교형 에멀션.
  3. 불포화카르복시산 및 탄산수 12내지 18의 장쇄알킬(메타)아트릴레이트를 필수성분으로서 함유하는 중합성 다량체 성분(A′)을 탄소수가 6내지 18의 알칼메르캅탄의 존재하에서 중합하여 얻은 산가가 200이상의 수용성 또는 수분산성의 말단알킬기를 가지는 중합체〔Ⅰ′〕및/또는 그 염을 유화제로서 사용하여, 중합성 자외선 안전성 단량체(a) 0.1내지 10중량%, 시클로알킬기함유 중합성 단량체(b), 5 내지 94.4중량%, 카르복실기와의 반응성을 가지는 기를 함유하는 중합성 단량체(c) 0.5 내지 40중량%, 탄소수 12내지 18의 포화알칼기를 가지는 중합성 단량체(e) 5내지 50중량%, 그밖의 중합성 단량체(d) 0 내지 89.4중량%〔단 중합성 단량체 (a),(b),(c),(d),(e)의 합계는 100중량%이다.〕로 이루어진 중합성 단량체 성분(Ⅲ)을, 수성매체 중에서 유화중합하여 얻어지는 유화중합체〔XXX〕를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내후성 1액가교형 에멀션.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항 기제의 탄산수 2내지 18의 포화알칼기를 가지는 중합성 단량체(e)가 탄소수 12내지 18의 장쇄알킬(메타)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내후가형 에멀션.
