Abstract

본 발명은 (a)적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용 물질과 이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 제1예비중합체;(b)폴리(테트라메틸렌글리콜)에테르와 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 포함하는 제2예비중합체;및 (c)거의 무정형의 히드록시-작용 물질과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 제3예비중합체를 포함하는 이소시아네이트-말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체의 혼합물에 관한것이다.상기 혼합물은 또한 약간 분지된 히드록시-작용물질과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 포함하는 제4예비중합체를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용 물질과 이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 제1예비중합체; (b)폴리(테트라메틸렌에테르)글리콜와 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 포함하는 제2예비중합체;및 (c)거의 무정형의 히드록시-작용 물질과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 제3예비중합체를 포함하는 이소시아네이트-말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체의 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용물질이 거의 선형의 포화된,지방족 구조를 지니는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용물질의 결정 융점이 약5℃ 내지 120℃이고 유리 전이온도는 약 0℃이하인 예비중합체 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용물질이 약2내지 10개의 메틸렌기를 지닌 디올과 약2내지 10개의 메틸렌기를 지닌 디올과 약2내지 10개의 메틸렌기를 지닌 디카르복실산의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 거의 무정형의 히드록시-작용물질이 방향족 관능성을 포함하는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 거의 무정형의 히드록시-작용물질이 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 디올과 디카르복실산의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 야간 분지된 히드록시-작용물질과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 포함하는 제4이소시아네이트-말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 부가로 포함하는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 약10내지 약80중량부의 상기 제1예비중합체, 약10내지 약80중량부의 상기 제1예비중합체, 및 약10내지 약80중량부의 상기 제3예비중합체로 구성되는 예비중합체 혼합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 거의 반정질의 히드록시-작용물질이 폴리헥사메틸렌아디페이트인 예비중합체 혼합물.
  10. 기재위에 제1항의 예비중합체 혼합물층을 포함하는 제품.
