Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. (ⅰ) 복합체를 보강시키기에 충분한 수의 다수의 보강 섬유, 및 (ⅱ) 하기 일반식 (A) 및 (B)중 하나로 나타낼 수 있는 반복되는 머(mer)단위를 함유하는 폴리벤즈옥사졸 또는 폴리벤조티아졸 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스 수지를, 보강섬유가 함께 결합되고 섬유의 정렬도가 유지되기에 충분한 양으로 함유하는 섬유-보강된 복합체.
    상기식에서, Z는 각각 독립적으로 산소 또는 황 원자이고, Ar은 각각 매트릭스 중합체가 열가소성이 되지 않도록 선택된 방향족 그룹을 함유하며, DM은 결합 또는 매트릭스 중합체가 열가소성이 되지 않도록 선택된 방향족 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 약 20 용적% 이상 및 매트릭스 약 20 용적% 이상을 함유하는 복합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, a) 단일방향성 봉합체, b) 다중 방향성 복합체, 또는 c) 랜덤 섬유 복합체중 하나인 복합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 구조식 a) 내지 d)의 반복되는 머 단위로 이루어진 폴리벤즈옥사졸 또는 폴리벤조티아졸 중합체 또는 공중합체인 복합체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 구조식 a) 내지 d)의 머 단위로 이루어진 폴리벤즈옥사졸 또는 폴리벤조티아졸 중합체 또는 공중합체인 복합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 중합체가 폴리벤즈옥사졸 중합체인 복합체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 중합체가 폴리벤조티아졸 중합체인 복합체.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 25℃의 메탄설폰산중에서 매트릭스 중합체의 고유점도가 약 5dL/g 이상인 복합체.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강 섬유가 아라미드, 붕소, 유리, 탄소, 겔-스펀 폴리에틸렌, 폴리벤즈옥사졸, 폴리벤조티아졸, 또는 폴리벤즈이미다졸인 복합체.
