Abstract

가황화되거나 가황화될 수 없는 열가소성 조성물은 열가소성 엔지니어링 수지와 C4-C7이소모노올레핀과 파리-알킬스티렌의 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체의 폴리머 블랜드가 포함된 것으로 제공된다. 또한 동적 가황 조성물의 제조방법도 제공된다.

Claims (38)

  1. 열가소성 엔지니어링 수지 및 C4∼C7이소모노올레핀과 파리-알킬스티렌의 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체의 폴리머 블랜드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 비 가황 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 가황 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 가황 조성물이 동적으로 가황된 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리머 블랜드에 대해 10∼98중량% 존재하고, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체가 폴리머 블랜드에 대해 2:90중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리머블랜드에 대해 20∼95중량% 존재하고, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체가 폴리머블랜드에 대해 5∼80중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체가 엔지니어링 수지에 분산된 입자로서 그 조성물에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체가 최소한 부분적으로 가황됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체는 완전히 가황된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리아미드류, 폴리에스테르류, 폴리카보네이트류, 폴리술폰류, 폴리아세탈류, 폴리락톤류, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 스티렌 수지류, 스티렌-말레익 안하이드리드, 폴리이미드류, 방향족 폴리케톤류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리아미드임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론6, 나일론6,6; 나일론11 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리에테르/아미드 블록 공중합체, 코-(폴리에테르-에스테르)공중합체, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체는 0.5∼25중량%의 파리-알킬스티렌이 포함되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체는 0∼10중량%의 할로겐이 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐은 염소, 브롬 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐으로 브롬이 포함되고, 브롬이 파리-알킬스티렌이 화학적으로 결합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 이소모노올레핀이 이소부틸렌이고, 파리-알킬스트렌이 파리-메틸스티렌임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  19. 제3항에 있어서, 부가적으로 비경화 고무가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 충전제, 고무 배합 첨가제 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 성분이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 고무 가공 오일류, 가소제류 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 성분이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 1% 스트레인에서 ASTMD 790에 따라 측정하여 100∼400,000㎏/㎠의 시컨트 굽힘률을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
  23. (a)단계와 (b)단계를 포함하는 가황 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법; (a) 열가소성 엔지니어링 수지, C4∼C7이소모노올레핀과 파리-알킬스티렌의 비가황 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유공중합체 및 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체를 가황시킬 수 있는 가황제를 블랜딩. (b) 가황된 열가소성 조성물을 생성하기에 충분한 시간동안 가황 조건에서 (a)단계에서 생성된 블랜드를 마스티케이팅 및 쉬어링.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 가황 열가소성 조성물이 열가소성 엔지니어링 수지에 분산된 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체의 가교된 개별 입자를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 가황 조건이 엔지니어링 수지의 융점에서 300℃까지의 온도범위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지는 폴리아미드류, 폴리에스테르류, 폴리카보네이트류, 폴리술폰류, 폴리아세탈류, 폴리락톤류, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 수지류, 포리레닐렌 옥시드, 폴리페닐렌 술파이드, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 수지류, 스티렌-말레익 안하이드리드, 폴리아미드류, 방향족 폴리케톤류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리아미드를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론6, 나일론6,6; 나일론11 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  29. 제23항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지가 폴리에스테르/아미드 블록 공중합체, 코-(폴리에테르-에스테르)공중합체, 폴리브틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  30. 제23항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체는 0.5∼25중량%의 파리-알킬스티렌이 포함되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  31. 제23항에 있어서, 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체는 0∼10중량%의 할로겐이 포함되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  32. 제23항에 있어서, 할로겐이 염소, 브롬 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  33. 제23항에 있어서, 할로겐으로 브롬이 포함되고, 브롬이 파리-알킬스티렌에 화학적으로 결합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  34. 제23항에 있어서, 이소모노올레핀이 이수부틸렌이고, 파리-알킬스티렌이 파리-메틸스티렌임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  35. 제23항에 있어서, 엔지니어링 수지와 탄성중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체의 합을 기준으로 하여 가황 열가소성 조성물에는 엔지니어링 수지가 10∼98중량%로 포함되고, 탄성 중합성 할로겐 함유 공중합체가 2∼90중량%로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  36. 제23항에 있어서, 가황제에 의해 가황될 수 없는 부가적인 고무가 (b)단계 전에 또는 (b)단계 후에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  37. 제23항에 있어서, 가황제에 의해 경화될 수 있는 부가적인 고무가 가황제가 완전히 소모된 후 가황 조성물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
