Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식의 혈당 저하제로서 유용한 신규 비스헤테로환 화합물 및 신규한 혈당 저하제에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며
R3은 수소원자 또는 아세킬아미노기이거나, 카복시기 또는 설폭시기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기이며, X 및 Y는 동일하거나 상이하며, 산소원자, 황원자 및 NH기이며, B1및 B2는 저급 알킬기에 의해 치환될수 있는 벤젠환 또는 나프탈렌환이며, L1및 L2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 단일결합, 산소원자, 황 원자, 설피닐기 또는 설포닐기이며, A는 단일결합, 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬렌기, (C2내지 C6) 저급 알케닐렌기 또는 알키닐렌기이며, n은 0 또는 1이다.

- R3은 수소원자 또는 아세킬아미노기이거나, 카복시기 또는 설폭시기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기이며, X 및 Y는 동일하거나 상이하며, 산소원자, 황원자 및 NH기이며, B1및 B2는 저급 알킬기에 의해 치환될수 있는 벤젠환 또는 나프탈렌환이며, L1및 L2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 단일결합, 산소원자, 황 원자, 설피닐기 또는 설포닐기비며, A는 단일결합, 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬렌기, (C2내지 C6) 저급 알케닐렌기 또는 알키닐렌기이며, n은 0 또는 1이다.(단, n이 1이고 R1및 R2가
