Claims (6)
- 섬유 형성과정에서 열가소성 보강수지에 유리섬유 필라멘트사를 침지하여 열가소성 보강수지 침지사를 만드는 것으로써, 다수의 유리섬유 필라멘트를 형성하고, 필라멘트를 따로따로 분리하고, 30 내지 50중량%물과. 0.05 내지 5중량%의 열가소성 보강수지 분말, 또한 오르가노 실란 결합제와 또한 0.5 내지 5중량%의 막형성제로된 수성 슬러리에 필라멘트를 침지하고, 침지 필라멘트를 수거하여 실로 만들고, 실을 건조하여 물을 제거하고 열가소성 보강수지 분말에 침지된 실을 제조하고, 또한 건조단계동안 침지사를 경화하여 열가소성 보강수지 분말을 필라멘트에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 필라멘트사 침지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리에 금속 분말입자가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 분말이 폴리아미드 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성슬러이에 흐름변형제가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 슬러리에 막형상제인 산회 폴리에틸렌이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
