Abstract

실 제작과정에서 열가소성 또는 열경화성 고분자 분말입자에 피랄멘트사를 침지하는 방법을 발표한다. 이 방법은 필라멘트사를 형성하고, 필라멘트를 분리하고 분말입자가 들어있는 수성슬러리에 필라멘트를 침지하고 다시 필라멘트를 건조하여 물을 제거하고 분말입자에 침지된 실을 만드는 단계를 포함한다. 분말입자는 침지사중량을 기초로 약5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 필라멘트사에 존재한다. 본 발명에 따른 슬러리로 피복한 유리섬유는 열가소성 분말로 침지하기에 적합하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 섬유 형성과정에서 열가소성 보강수지에 유리섬유 필라멘트사를 침지하여 열가소성 보강수지 침지사를 만드는 것으로써, 다수의 유리섬유 필라멘트를 형성하고, 필라멘트를 따로따로 분리하고, 30 내지 50중량%물과. 0.05 내지 5중량%의 열가소성 보강수지 분말, 또한 오르가노 실란 결합제와 또한 0.5 내지 5중량%의 막형성제로된 수성 슬러리에 필라멘트를 침지하고, 침지 필라멘트를 수거하여 실로 만들고, 실을 건조하여 물을 제거하고 열가소성 보강수지 분말에 침지된 실을 제조하고, 또한 건조단계동안 침지사를 경화하여 열가소성 보강수지 분말을 필라멘트에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 필라멘트사 침지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리에 금속 분말입자가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 분말이 폴리아미드 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수성슬러이에 흐름변형제가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 슬러리에 막형상제인 산회 폴리에틸렌이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 침지방법.
