Abstract

냉동실을 갖는 냉장고로서, 단열팽창전에 압축냉매를 효율적으로 냉각할수 있도록, 냉동실을 갖는 냉장고는 냉매를 압축하고, 압축된 냉매를 방출하는 압축기, 압축된 냉매를 냉각하도록 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매와 대기사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제1의 열교환기, 제1의 열교환기를 통과한후 압축되어 냉각된 냉매를 단열팽창시키는 단열팽창관, 냉동실내의 공기를 냉매에 의해 냉각하고, 냉매를 냉동실내의 공기에 의해 가열하도록 상기 단열팽창관을 통과한 후에 단열적으로 팽창된 냉매와 냉동실내의 공기사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제2의 열교환기를 포함하고, 또 분을 가열하여 증발하도록 냉동실에 접촉한 서리가 용융되었을때 생긴 수분과 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제4의 열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 제3의 열교환기 및 제4의 열교환기는 직렬로 접속되어 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매가 제3 및 제4의 열교환기를 통과해서 냉각된 후에 제1의 열교환기에 공급되는 구성으로 한다.
이러한 냉장고를 사용하는 것에 의해, 압축기모터의 온도 및 단열압축 배출가스의 온도를 저감할수 있어 압축기, 냉동기유 및 냉도사이클의 신뢰성을 향상할수 있고, 압축기구부의 용적효율이 향상되므로, 냉동능력이 증가하여 냉장고의 소비전력량을 저감할수 있다.
또, 라디에이터의 전열면적은 냉장고의 외부프레임을 방열수단으로서 사용하는 응축기의 온도가 만져도 위험하지 않을 온도(약 40℃이하로 되도록 설정되므로, 안전성이 향상하여 신체상의 손상을 방지할수가 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 냉동실을 구비한 냉장고에 있어서, 냉매를 압축하고, 이 압축된 냉매를 방출하는 압축기, 상기 압축된 냉매를 냉각하도록, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매와 대기사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제1의 열교환기, 상기 제1의 열교환기를 통과한 후 압축, 냉각된 냉매를 단열팽창시키는 단열팽창관, 상기 냉동실내의 공기를 냉각하고, 상기 냉동실냉의 공기에 의해 냉매를 가열하도록, 상기 단열팽창관을 과한 후의 단열팽창된 냉매와 상기 냉동실내의 공기사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제2의 열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 냉장고는 또, 수분을 가열하여 증발시키도록, 상기 냉동실에 접촉된 서리가 융해되었을때 생긴 수분과 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축 냉매사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제3의 열교환기와 상기 압축된 냉매를 냉각시키도록, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축 냉매와 대기사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 제4의 열교환기를 포함하고 상기 제3의 열교환기 및 상기 제4의 열교환기는 직렬로 접속되고, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매가 상기 제3및 제4의 열교환기를 통과하여 냉각된 후에 상기 제1의 열교환기에 공급되는 냉장고.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매는 상기 제4의 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 후에 제3의 열교환기에 공급되는 냉장고.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매는 상기 제3의 열교환기 및 상기 제4의 열교환기를 통과하여 냉각된 후에 압축기를 냉각하고, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매는 상기 압축기를 냉각한후에 상기 제1의 열교환기에 공급되는 냉장고.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 밀폐용기내에 마련되고, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매는 상기 밀폐용기내로 유입되어 상기 제3의 열교환기 및 상기제4의 열교환기를 통과하여 냉각된후에 상기 압축기를 냉각하고, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매는 상기 압축기를 냉각한 후에 상기 제1의 열교환기에 공급되는 냉장고.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 열교환기는 상기 대기가 상기 압축기에 의해 가열되었을때 발생된 공기류와 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매사이에서 열교환을 실행하는 냉장고.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 열교환기는 상기 압축기의 위쪽에 마련되는 냉장고.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 열교환기 및 상기 압축기사이에는 용적실이 마련되어 있는 냉장고.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단열팽창관은 캐필러리 튜브인 냉장고.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 상기 냉매를 압축하는 펌프기구와 상기 펌프기구를 구동하는 모터를 포함하며, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매가 상깆 3의 열교환기 및 상기 제4의 열교환기를 통과하여 냉각된 후에 상기 모터를 냉각하고, 상기 압축기에서 방출된 압축냉매가 상기 모터를 냉각한 후에 상기 펌프기구를 냉각하는 냉장고.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 상기 냉매를 압축하는 펌프기구와 상기 펌프기구를 구동하는 모터를 포함하고, 상기 펌프기구와 상기 모터는 수평적으로 나란히 놓인 냉장고.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 탄화플루오르 134a인 냉장고.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 상기 냉매를 압축하도록 용적이 변화하는 2개의 실을 갖는 냉장고.
