Claims (3)
- 방향족화합물과 치환된 피리딘으로부터 피리딘 유도체를 제조함에 있어서, 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 알칼리금속염기의 존재하에 유기용매중에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, Ar은 탄소수 5~10개의 방향족 탄화수소기, Py는 피리딘기, X는 수소 또는 저급알킬기, Y는 할로겐원자, R은 니트릴기, 에스테르화 또는 아미드화된 카르복실기, 또는 카르복실산기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리금속염기로서는 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리금속염기는 방향족화합물에 대하여 1~3당량을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피리딘유도체의 제조방법.
