Claims (17)
- 가스 중에 혼입된 미립자물질을 유입구 또는 다수개의 유입구를 통해서 챔버 중으로 통과시키는데, 여기서 미립자 물질의 유동은 미립자 물질의 적어도 일부분이 신속하게 가열되는 방식으로 오리피스를 통해서 도입되는 고온 가스의 유동과, 가열된 미립자물질 및 유동패턴으로 들어가는 미가열 미립자물질의 적어도 대부분과 합하게 되며, 여기에서 유동 패턴중에서 입자들 상호간의 접촉과 챔버중 내부표면과의 접촉은 최소화됨을 특징으로 하는 고온 가스 증기를 사용하여 고형 미립자 물질을 가열 및 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 챔버의 용적이 -소정의 가열 및 처리가 이루어지고, -챔버에서 유출되는 가열 및 처리된 입자의 펑균 온도가 입자들 상호간의 응집 및 챔버 다음 장치의 내부벽면에의 부착을 허용가능한 정도로 감소시킬 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 챔버는 본체 유동방향으로 연장된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고온가스가 연장된 챔버의 한쪽말단부 근처에 위치한 유입오리피스 또는 다수개의 유입오리피스를 통해 공급되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유입오리피스 또는 다수개의 유입오리피스는 챔버의 세로축 방향 대역에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 챔버의 단면적은 배기가스와 챔버 벽면과의 직접접촉을 최소화시켜 유입 오리피스 또는 다수개의 유입오리피스의 상응하는 단면적보다 실질적으로 큰 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출구 또는 다수개의 배출구는 유입오리피스 또는 다수개의 유입오리피스의 근처에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배출구 또는 다수개의 배출구의 배향이 챔버의 주변에 대해 중심방향으로, 즉, 챔버의 세로축을 향해 어느 정도 확장되고, 여기서 산화물 입자의 유동패턴이 입자들 상호간의 접촉 및 챔버벽면과의 접촉을 최소화시키기 위해 실질적으로 축방향인 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배출구 또는 다수개의 배출구의 배향은 챔버 주변의 접선방향, 즉 대부분이 챔버의 세로축을 따라 어느 정도 확장됨으로써 기체의 큰 회전도 및 미립자물질의 회전도가 상기 챔버내에 고정되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 선회도는 배출구 또는 다수개의 배출구의 적당한 형태 및/또는 배향에 의해서 미립자 물질이 포함된 기체에 부여되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 처리된 산화물 입자는 일부 또는 전부가 챔버로 재순환되어 더욱 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 석회석 등의 탄산염 물질이 적어도 부분적으로 하소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 첨부도면에 기재된 제1항에 따르는 제조방법.
- 1) 미립자물질 및 고온의 가스를 통제하고 유도하는데 사용되는 용기; 2) 고온가스 유입오리피스 또는 다수개의 오리피스; 3) 운반기체 중에 포함된 미립자물질의 배출구 또는 다수개의 배출구; 및 4) 미립자물질 유도관 또는 다수개의 유도관을 포함하고, 상기 유입오리피스와 배출구는 미립자물질이 초기에 고온 조건에 노출된 다음, 응집 및 점성현상을 통제하기 위해 냉각시킬 수 있도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 고형 미립자물질을 가열 및 처리하는 챔버.
- 첨부도면에 기재된 제14항에 따르는 챔버.
- 1) 용융조 반응기: 2) 상기 반응기에서 배기가스를 전달하는 수단; 3) 제14항 또는 제15항에 정의된 챔버 또는 다수개의 챔버; 4) 새로 공급되는 미립자물질, 또는 가열 및 처리된 미립자물질을 챔버 또는 다수개의 챔버로 공급시키는 수단; 5) 기체중의 고체를 챔버 또는 다수개의 챔버로부터 가스-고체 분리기 또는 다수개의 분리기로 전달시키는 수단; 및 6) 분리된 고체의 적어도 일부 및 포함된 기체의 어느정도를 반응기로 전달시키고, 필요에 따라서는 포함된 기체의 일부를 챔버 또는 다수개의 챔버로 전달하는 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융조 반응기에서 물질을 제조하는 장치.
