Claims (6)
- 물, 글리콜로니트릴, 이산화탄소 및 암모니아를 80-120℃에서 0.5-1시간동안 예비-반응시킨다음 150-200℃에서 주 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜로니트릴, 이산화탄소 및 암모니아를 물 존재하에 반응시키는 글리신의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리신이 글리신을 함유하는 반응 용액 형태로 수득되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응용액으로 부터 글리신을 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 글리신을 반응용액으로 부터 결정화시켜서 분리 시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 용액으로 부터 글리신이 분리된 잔류 모액을 물, 글리콜로니트릴, 이산화탄소 및 암모니아를 포함하는 반응계로 재순환시켜서 예비-반응 및/또는 주반응을 실행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜로니트릴을 미리 80-120℃로 예열된 물, 이산화탄소 및 암모니아내로 도입시켜서 동일한 온도에서 0.5-1시간동안 예비반응을 실행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
