Claims (7)
- 견인되는 금속 스트립을 성형하고 양측단을 맞대어 금속관에 형성하는 복수의 롤러쌍으로 이루어지는 조립체와, 상기 금속관의 맞대기부에 레이저광을 조사하여 접합하고 밀봉금속관으로 하는 레이저 용접수단과, 성형된 금속관내에 광파이버 또는 광파이버 다발을 도입하는 광파이버 도입수단을 가지는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조 장치에 있어서, 레이저 용접수단은, 레이저 조사수단애서 출사하는 레이저광의 촛점 어긋난 양의 최대치를 금속관의 바깥지름에 따라 정해지는 이면비드폭의 최소치에 의해 결정하고, 촛점 어긋난 양의 최소치를 금속과의 두께에 따라 정해지는 이면 비드폭의 최대치에 의해 결정하고, 결정한 촛점 어긋난 양의 최대치와 최소치에 의해 용접속도를 설정하고, 상기 촛점 어긋난 양의 범위내에서 촛점 어긋남을 행하면서 레이저광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉 금속관의 바깥지름을 감소시키는 조임 수단과, 상기 조립체, 광파이버 도입수단, 레이저 용접수단 및 조임수단을 통하여 금속 스트립, 성형된 금속관 및 광파이버 또는 광파이버 다발을 내장한 밀봉 금속관을 연속적으로 당기는 견인 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 광파이버 도입수단은, 성형중 금속관내에 삽입되고, 레이저광의 조사 위치에서는 금속관의 조사면과 반대측의 내벽에 대하여 탄성적으로 압접된 도입튜브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광 파이버 케이블의 제조장치.
- 제1,2 또는3항에 있어서, 레이저 용접수단의 레이저 조사수단을 레이저 광의 촛점이 금속관의 내측으로 맺어지도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조장치.
- 견인되는 금속스트립을 성형롤러를 통하여 금속관에 성형하는 성형 공정과, 상기 금속관의 맞대기부를 레이저광에 의해 용접하고 밀봉 금속관으로 가공하는 레이저 용접공정과, 금속관내에 광파이버 또는 광파이버 다발을 도입하는 광파이버 도입 공정을 가지는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조 방법에 있어서, 조사할 레이저광의 촛점 어긋난 양의 최대치를 금속관의 바깥지름에 따라서 정해지는 이면 비드폭의 최대치에 의해 결정하고 촛점 어긋난 양의 최소치를 금속관의 두께에 따라 정해지는 어떤 비드폭의 최소치에 의해 결정하고, 상기 촛점 어긋난 양의 최대치와 최소치에 의해 용접속도를 설정하고, 상기 촛점 어긋난 양의 범위내에서 촛점 어긋남을 행하면서 레이저광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광파이버 케이블의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성형중의 금속관내로 삽입되고, 광파이버 또는 광파이버 다발을 도입하는 도입튜브를 레이저광의 조사위치에서는 금속관의 조사면과 반대측의 내벽에 대하여 탄성적으로 압접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광 파이버 케이블의 제조방법.
- 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기레이져 용접공정에서레이저광의 촛점을 금속관내의 내측으로 맺게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속관 피복 광 파이버 케이블의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
