Claims (21)
- 배기가스 유입측에 금속망 및 금속 다공판으로 이뤄진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속성기재에 촉매물질을 담지시켜된 제1촉매를, 배기가스 유출측에 허니콤상 모놀리드 담채에 촉매물질을 담지시켜된 제2촉매를, 각각 배치하여된 촉매계에 배기가스를 유통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 상기 제2촉매에 대한 벌크체적비가 1.0~4.0으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 개구율이 85%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 유입측의 상기 제1촉매로서 금속성기재의 표면에 알루미나층을 형성한 후 이 알루미나층에 촉매물질을 피복하여 이뤄진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매로서 금속성기재를 산처리함으로써 표면에 미세구멍을 형성한뒤 촉매물질을 담지시켜 이뤄진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매로서 금속성기재를 산처리함으로써 미세가공을 형성하고 그 표면에 알루미나층을 형성한뒤, 촉매물질을 담지시켜 이뤄진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 미세구멍의 구멍직경이 0.1~0.5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산이 황산, 염산 또는 질산용액이며, 그 농도가 0.01~5몰%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속성기재의 표면에 형성되는 상기 알루미나층이 위스커상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 제1촉매로서 금속성기재를 4가의 세륨염용액으로 표면 처리한 뒤 이 처리부에 촉매물질을 담지시켜 이뤄진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매로서 금속성기재를 4가의 세륨염용액으로 표면 처리한뒤, 그 표면에 알루미나층을 형성하고, 이 알루미나 층에 촉매물질을 담지시켜 이뤄진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 4가의 세륨염용액의 황산염 또는 질산염의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 촉매물질이 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐으로 이뤄진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 귀금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 유출측의 상기 제2촉매의 촉매물질이 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐으로 이뤄진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 귀금속과, 내화성 무기산화물로 이뤄진 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 제1촉매의 상기 제2촉매에 대한 벌크 체적비가 0.15~3.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 개구율이 85~99.7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화 방법.
- 복수개의 촉매를 설치하여된 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서, 배기가스 유입측에 금속망 및 금속다공판으로 이뤄진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속성기재에 촉매물질을 담지시켜된 제1촉매를, 배기가스 유출측에 허니콤상 모놀리드 담체에 촉매물질을 담지시켜된 제2촉매를, 각각 배치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 상기 제2촉매에 대한 벌크 체적비가 1.0~4.0인 것을 특장으로 하는 배기가스의 정화장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매의 개구율이 85%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1촉매는 엔진의 배기관에, 상기 제2촉매는 주컨버터에 각각 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화방법.
- 제18항에 있어서의, 상기 제1촉매의 상기 제2촉매에 대한 벌크 체적비가 0.15~3.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
