Claims (8)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(I)의 화합물을 클로로포옴 또는 오토-디클로로벤젠에 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(II)의 전기 전도성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로 AlCl3, TiCl4및 BF3중 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 구조식(II)의 전기 전도성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이염화황이 클로로포옴 또는 올소-디클로로벤젠의 용액에 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 구조(II)의 전기 전도성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 상온∼160℃에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조식(II)의 전기 전도성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, n이 9∼12인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전도성 폴리머.
- 제6항의 전도성 폴리머에 기상 또는 액상으로 할로겐 화합물을 도핑시켜 할로겐 화합물이 단위 모노 머당 퍼할라이드의 몰%가 40∼60인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전도성 폴리머.
