Claims (8)
- 롤의 한 단부에 있는 유입부로부터 롤의 다른 단부에서의 유출부까지 나선형으로 전진하는 재료를 가열시키기 위한 기체 가열식 롤에 있어서, 서로 이격된 제1, 제2동심의 윈통형 벽돌과, 상기 벽돌의 각 단부에 부착되어 상기 롤내의 챔버를 둘러싸고 있는 환형 단부 플레이트와, 하나는 응축물용으로 다른 하나는 가열된 기체용으로 샤프트를 관통하는 통로들을 가지고, 상기 롤과 축 정렬되어 상기 제2벽에 부착된 회전 가능한 지지 샤프트와, 상기 챔버와 샤프트의 가열된 기체 통로를 연통시키는 기체-분사 파이프 및 롤의 한 단부로부터의 거리가 전 롤 길이의 대략 20 내지 40퍼센트인 위치에서 상기 챔버와 지지 샤프트내의 응축물 통로를 연통시키는 응축물 제거 파이프를 포함하는데, 상기 제1원통형 벽은 롤의 작업면으로 구성된 외면 상기 위치를 향하여 챔버의 각 단부로부터 점차적으로 증가하는 횡단 구역을 가진 챔버를 제공하도록 상기 챔버내의 위치를 향하여 각 단부로부터 테이퍼 형성된 내면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤의 한 단부로부터 상기 위치까지의 거리는 롤 길이의 대략 30퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체가 증기인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1원통형 벽의 내면을 적어도 0.5도의 각으로 각 단부로부터 상기 위치를 향하여 테이퍼 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1원통형 벽이 내면은 롤의 한 단부에 있는 실 유입부로부터 대략 2도의 각으로 상기 위치까지 테이퍼 형성되고, 또한 다른 단부에 있는 실 유출부로부터 대략1도의 각으로 상기 위치까지 테이퍼 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 응축물 제거 파이프가 180°로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한 기체 분사 파이프가 상기 롤의 재료 유출부 단부 근처에 위치되고, 또한 상기 두 개의 응축물 제거 파이프들 중간에 각 도상으로 이격 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 응축물 제거 파이프들은 상기 제1원통형 벽의 내면으로부터 멀리 또한 내면을 행하여 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기 롤.
