Claims (19)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 라디칼 R2가 모두 일반식(Ⅱ)의 기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C6알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n이 0인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n이 1 내지 20의 정수인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R4및 R5가 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R2가 일반식(Ⅱ)의 라디칼이고, -OR1라디칼에 대하여 오르토- 또는 파라-위치에 존재하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n이 0보다 크고 또 비말단 페닐핵상의 -C(R4R5)-기 및 R2가 각각 라디칼 -O-R1에 대하여 2개의 오르토-위치 및 파라-위치에 존재하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C6알킬 또는 벤질이고 ; R2가 제 3 항에서 정의한 바와 같이 일반식(Ⅲ)의 기이고 -O-R1기에 대하여 오르토위치에 존재하며 ; R3이 C1-C4알킬, 염소 또는 브롬이고 ; m이 0, 1 또는 2이며 ; n이 3 내지 20의 정수인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, m이 1 또는 2이고, R3이 염소 또는 브롬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 하기 a) 및 b)을 함유하는 혼합물 : a) 제 1 항에서 청구한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리에폭시드, b) 성분 a)에 대한 경화제.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 촉진제 c) 또는 그 밖의 에폭시 수지 d) 또는 c) 및 d)의 혼합물들을 추가성분으로서 함유하는 혼합물.
- 상기식에서, 리디칼 R1내지 R6및 지수 m 및 n은 상기 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같고 ; R7은 상기 제 1 항에서 청구한 R1의 의미중 하나이거나, 또는 추가로 수소 또는 일반식(Ⅴ)의 라디칼이며, 단 화합물(Ⅳ)에서 2이상의 R7기는 반드시 알켄일기(Ⅴ)이어야 함.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 에테르화 시약이 할로겐원자를 이탈기로서 함유하지 않는 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 에폭시화제가 과산화카르보시산(percarboxylic acid)인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.
- 전자부품용 케이스화 재료로서 제 1 항에서 청구항 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 이용방법.
