Claims (10)
- 규정된 기하(幾何)의 전위장을 형성시키는 장치에 있어서, 일정한 박판저항틀을 가지는 표면(10), 표면에 접촉상태로 배치되고, 각기 표면보다 더 큰 전도성을 가지는 다수의 개별적인 전극(20), 전위장의 일단부에 위치한 제1전극(26)과 전위장의 반대단부에 위치한 제2전극(26)간에 전위차를 일으키게 하는 것으로서, 다수의 간섭용 전극(20,24,24,25)들이 제1 및 제2전극사이에서 표면의 주변둘레에 배치되어 전압이 표면의 코너들에 있는 전극들에 교호적으로 인가되도록 한 전압공급부 및 인접한 전극(20,22,24,25,26)들을 규정치수의 공간(28,29)만큼 이격시켜, 인접한 전극들 간의 공?''')간에 있는 표면부분이 표면의 박판 저항률에 비례하는 저항을 갖는 인접전극(20,22,24,25,26)들간의 독립된 저항기로 규정되도록 함으로써, 전위장의 기하(幾何)기 인접한 전극들간의 독립된 저항기의 저항함수로 되도록 한 다수의 독립형 저항기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전위장 형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 저항기를 형성하는 공간(28,29)의 적어도 일부분이 제1 및 제2전극을 연결하는 축선에 평행하게 뻗고 각 공간의 다른부분은 상기 축선에 교차하여 뻗는 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극(20,22,24,25,26)이 표면의 측부에 인접하여 적어도 1열 이상으로 배치된 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 다수의 전극들이 내향연장부를 포함하는 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 최 중앙 연장부(25)가 같은 열중에 있는 잔여 전극(20,22,24,26)의 연장부들보다 더욱 안쪽으로 배치되도록 하여 각 열을 이룬 전극의 상기 연장부들이 표면의 중심을 향해 점진적으로 내향배치된 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 다수의 전극들이 T-형의 내향 연장부를 가지는 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 전극(20,22,24,26)의 내향연장부를 이 상기 최중앙연장부의 위치근처에 정점이 있는 포물선 형상으로 배치된 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전극들이 표면의 4측부를 따라 열을 지어 배치되고, 코너 코넥터(26)은 열을 이룬 교점위치에 배치되고, 각 코너 코넥터(26)와 각 인접전극(22)간의 공간(28)은 열을 이룬 다른 인접전극(20,22,24)간의 공간과는 서로 다른 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면(10)이 증착형 인듐주석 산화물층으로 형성되고 전극(20,22,24,25,26)들은 스크린 인쇄형 전도성 잉크로 형성되는 전위장 형성 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다수의 전극(20,22,24,25,26)들이 표면의 측부를 따라 위치한 1열의 전극에 횡방향으로 뻗는 연장부를 포함하고, 통합 저항기(28,29)는 각 연장부 사이에 형성되는 전위장 형성 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
