제1도는 본 발명의 실행에 있어서 사용하는 혼합용 챔버의 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 혼합용 챔버의 I-I선을 따라 나타낸 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 첫번째 구체예에 있어서 지질소포 제조장치의 개략적인 표현이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 내면을 통해 최소한 하나의 접선방향 유입 오리피스와 최소한 하나의 부가적인 유입오리피스가 들어있는 원통형 내면과 또한 지질 소포 형성 후 배출시키기 위한 유출 오리피스를 포함하는 혼합용 챔버를 제공하고, 상기의 내면 주위에 친지방성 상이 흐르도록 충분한 힘을 가하여 상기의 유입오리피스중 하나에 통과시키므로써 친지방성상을 혼합용 챔버에 유입하며, 또한 상기의 내면 주위에 친수성상이 흐르도록 충분한 힘을 가하여 상기의 또다른 오리피스에 통과시키므로써 친수성상을 유입하고 그 결과 최소한 하나의 수성상과 친지방성상이 접선방향 유입 오리피스를 통해 들어가며, 친지방성상의 흐름과 수성상의 흐름을 통과시켜 지질소포형성을 위해 충분히 혼합되도록 하는 친지방성상 및 수성상의 전단혼합 작용을 일으키고 또한 상기의 지질소포를 배출 오리피스에 통과시켜 혼합용 챔버로부터 분리하는 단계로된 다층 흑은 소층 지질소포 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 친지방성 상이 계면활성제인 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 계면활성제를 폴리옥시에틸렌 아실에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 아실아민, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 알킬에스테르 또한 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리세롤 알킬 에스테르의 그룹중에서 선택하며 상기의 알킬 혹은 아실기의 탄소원자수가 16 내지 20개이고, 2중 결합수가 2개를 넘지 않은 것으로된 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 전자방성 상이 콜레스테롤, 히도로 코티손 및 동족체나 혹은 확학적 등가물의 그룹중에서 선택한 스테로이드를 포함하는 것인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수성상 유입오리피스가 축방향으로 위치하고 또한 배출 오리피스로부터 분리되는 것인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수성상 유입오리피스의 친지방성상 유입 오리피스가 모두 점선방향으로 위치하고 또한 상기의 두상이 내면 주위에 점선방향으로 흐르는 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 친지방성상의 점선방향 흐름과 수성상의 접선 방향 흐름이 같은 방향인 제조방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 친지방성 상을 상기의 계면활성제 융점 이상의 온도로 가열하면 액화시킨 후 혼합용 챔버에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 수성상을 계면활성제 융점이상의 온도로 가열한 후 혼합용 챔버에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 친지방성 물질을 친지방성상에 삽입시킨후 이 상을 혼합용 챔버에 주입하므로써 상기의 물질을 지질소포에 캡슐화하는 제조방법.
  11. 내면, 외면 또한 1차축 둘레를 원통형으로 감싸는 단면으로 되고 또한 내면에 대해 접선방향으로 위치한 친지방성상 유입용 1차 유입오리피스와 또한 친수성상 유입용 2차유입 오리피스 또한 배출오리피스를 포함하는 중공형 혼합기용 챔버와; 친지방성상을 저장하는 1차 저장기; 상기의 친지방성상을 1차 저장기로부터 상기의 1차 유입 오리피스로 전달하는 1차 전달시스템; 친수성상을 저장하는 2차 저장기; 또한 상기의 친수성상을 2차 저장기로부터 상기의 2차 유입 오리피스로 전달하는 2차 전달시스템으로된 장치로서 친지방성상 및 친수성상의 전단 혼합작용에 따른 다층 혹은 소층 지질소포 제조장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 배출 오리피스를 1차축에 대한 축방으로 배치한 제조장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 2차 유입 오리피스를 상기의 유출 오리피스로부터 벗어난 위치에서 상기의 1차축에 대한 축방향으로 배치한 제조장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 2차 유입오리피스를 혼합용 챔버 내면에 대한 접선방향으로 배치한 제조장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 1차 전달시스템이 1차 펌프, 1차 유입 오리피스에 대해 1차펌프를 연결하는 1차유입 공급라인, 또한 1차 펌프에 대한 1차저장기를 연결하는 1차관으로된 제조장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기의 2차 전달시스템이 2차 펌프, 2차 유입오리피스에 대해 2차 펌프를 연결하는 2차 유입공급라인 또한 2차 펌프에 대해 2차 저장기를 연결하는 2차관으로된 제조장치.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 1차 저장기가 1차 저장탱크 및 1차 가열기로된 제조장치.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 2차 저장기가 2차 저장탱크 및 2차 가열기로된 제조장치.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 혼합용 챔버에 다수의 1차 유입 오리피스와 또한 다수의 2차 유입 오리피스가 있는 제조장치.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기의 1차 및 2차펌프, 1차 및 2차관, 1차 및 2차 유입공급라인 또한 상기의 1차 및 2차 유입오리피스를 전단 혼합에 적당한 크기의 것으로 선택한 제조장치.
