Claims (15)

  1. 정전 소멸 테이프에 있어서, 106내지 1010오옴―㎝사이의 체적 고유저항을 가지는 정전 중합물질의 제1층과, 상기 제1층의 일표면에 적층되어 104오옴―㎝ 이하의 체적 고유저항을 가지는 도체물질의 층과, 이상에 의한 조성물을 표면에 도포하는 상기 제1층 반대의 도체물질의 표면에 도포된 압감접착제의 층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 총 두께는 1.5㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 일표면 반대의 표면위에 직조된 상기 제1층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압감접착층 및 상기 도체층은 약 0.15㎜ 및 0.63㎜ 사이의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압감접착제는 강에 대해 테스트된 경우 ASTM의 박피강도를 위한 표준 테스트에 의해 약 110g/㎝ 및 390g/㎝ 사이의 박피강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이프는 공기가 상기 조성물을 통과하도록 임의로 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 습증기가 통과하도록 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제거가능한 라이너는 상기 접착층에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 연속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  10. 정전 방지 테이프에 있어서, 106내지 1010오옴―㎝ 사이의 체적 고유저항과, 0.127 내지 0.38㎜의 두께를 가지는 정전소멸 폴리비닐 중합물질의 제1층과, 상기 제1층의 일표면에 적층되어, 104오옴―㎝ 이하의 체적 고유저항을 가지는 도체물질의 층과, 상기 테이프를 어느 바닥면에 제거 가능하게 도포하는 상기 제1층 반대의 도체물질의 표면에 도포된 가소화 압감접착제의 연속층으로 이루어지고, 상기 도체물질과 상기 정전 방지물질의 표면에 도포된 가소화 압감접착제의 연속층으로 이루어지고, 상기 도체물질과 상기 정전 방지물질은 0.38㎜ 및 0.89㎜ 사이의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 층들은 공기 및 습증기가 상기 천공부를 통과하도록 충분히 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프.
  12. 정전 소멸 테이프의 얇은 웨브를 표면에 도포하는 방법에 있어서, 사익 테이프는 106내지 1010오옴―㎝ 사이의 체적 고유저항을 가지는 정전 소멸물질의 제1층과, 사익 제1층에 접착된 도체물질의 층과, 상기 도체물질에 도포되고, 이하의 공정에 의한 라이너에 의해 피복된 압감접착제의 피복으로 이루어지며, 상기 라이너 제조공정은 웨브를 천공하고, 상기 표면위에 웨브를 위치하고, 상기 표면위에 테이프의 표면을 매끄럽게 하도록 공구를 사용하는 고정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프의 얇은 웨브를 표면에 도포하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 라이너를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프의 얇은 웨브를 표면에 도포하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 물을 상기 표면에 도포하고, 사익 테이프의 접착면을 상기 습윤면에 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프의 얇은 웨브를 표면에 도포하는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 도체라인을 웨브의 도체물질의 상기 층에 부착하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 소멸 테이프의 얇은 웨브를 표면에 도포하는 방법.
