[발명의 상세한 설명]
[본 발명의 배경]
1. 발명의 분야
본 발명은 전자휴대용 컴퓨터, 디지탈시계, 워드프로세서, 퍼스날컴퓨터 9 비디오 디스크장치, 오디오기구, 누름단추식 전화기등과 같은 다양한 전자장치용 키이보오드와 같은 스위칭장치에 있어서 프린트회로판 즉, LSI칩등과 같은 전극사이에서 상호연결로 사용되는 접점고무의 구조에 관한 것이다.
2.선행기술
전도부가 다량의 전기 절연고무로 카아본파우더를 분산하므로써 만들어진 전기전도고무로 구성된 접점고무는 접점고무가 전기전도잉크등으로 프린트된 전자절연고무와 함께 가황(vulcanisation)하에서 결합된다는 것은 공지이다.
접점고무는 스위칭 키이보오드등과 같은 것의 키이작동용 조종기 키이에 사용되머 키이입력을 달성키 위하여 인지터치용 키이꼭대기와 통합하여 배열된다.
키이꼭대기 위에 그러한 인지터치가 있을 때 인간의 손가락의 지방 또는 유기산 에스테르는 키이꼭대기로 이전될 것이다.
그래서 키이꼭대기의 물질을 통해 관통되고 연장기간이 경과된 후 접점고무에 도달하여 그것을 커버하도록 그 위에 위치되어 그것에 의해 껍질벗기기 접점부재와 함께 접점고무의 접촉시 접촉저항을 증가시킨다.
역시 키이꼭대기의 수지재료에 포함된 오일과 저분자중량 실록산은 분리되며 전도부에 놓여지며 그것에 의해 더욱더 접촉저항의 증가를 용이하게 하며 극한의 경우에 전기전도까지 방해할 수 있다.
[본 발명의 요약]
본 발명에 따라서 전도부와 키이꼭대기의 수지물체사이에서 오일저항을 삽입시키므로써 접점고무의 전도부에 인간의 손가락으로부더 실록산 및 지방 그리고 에스테르와 같은 절연물질의 축적을 막는 것이 심사숙고 되어진다.
이렇게 발명은 전도와 키이꼭대기의 수지보디사이에 끼워진 오일저항층을 정돈하도록 제안된다.
키이보오드가 유지성 안개로 대기가 오염되는 공장 또는 조리실등에 위치된다할지라도 그러한 오일저항삽입층의 상호작용에 의해 환경 또는 인간 손가락으로부터 전기절연물질의 축적 또는 관통이 방해받는다.
오일저항층을 상호작용시키기 위하여 측정이 고려되며 여기서 수지필름이 키이꼭대기의 절연수지 보디와 전자전도고무층사이에 위치하며 여기서 상기한 수지필름은 두 전기전도고무층사이에 배열되며 오일저항고무층은 전기절연 키이꼭대기보디등을 걸쳐 위치된다.
만약 오일저항층이 두 전기전도고무층사이에 위치한다면 오직 이러한 전기전도층이 분리되어 주조되며 후에 통합체를 형성하기위하여 접착제와 함께 접점고무보디위에 결합된다.
이것은 합리적이다.
왜냐하면 접점고무보디위의 전기전도층의 접착작용이 이러한 용이한 작용을 허락하도록 전기전도층의 표면이 위 또는 아래에 있던지 상관없이 영향받을 수 있다.
[언급된 실시예의 상세한 설명]
제 1 도에 있어서, 오일저항층(3,4)이 상호위치하에서 바닥면에 전자전도부(2)의 층을 지니는 키이브오드의 키이꼭대기는 프린트회로판 서브 스트레이트(5)위에 전극이 있다.
키이꼭대기(1)는 절연고무를 주조하므로써 만들어진다.
아래를 향하여 돌출하는 키이꼭대기(1)의 언더사이드에 오일저항층(3)은 프린시펄 실록산 폴리머 체인등과 같은 것에 할로겐 또는 유기화합물이 그라아프되는 플루오로 고무, NBR, 플루오로화물, 아크릴고무, 에프클로로하이드린고무등과 같은 비가황(non-vulcanized) 실리콘으로부터 파생된 오일저항물질로 프린팅에 의해 위치된다.
물론 그들 사이에서 그것을 삽입하므로써 오일저항층을 상호작용하게 하는 것이 가능하다.
제 2 도에서 본 발명의 다른 실시예가 설명되며 키이꼭대기 보디(11)의 바닥면은 전기전도층(14), 오일저항층(13) 및 다른 전기전도층(12)으로 만들어진다. 가장 내부의 전기전도고무층(14), 수지필름(13)과 가장외부의 전기전도고무층(12)은 필름의 형태로 각각 분리되어 만들어지며 이것으로부터 각 시이트(sheet), 피이스(pieces)는 예정된 형태로 그것들을 구멍을 뚫음으로써 절단되며 이것은 계속하여 상기한 접착제에 의해 키이꼭대기 보디(1)의 바닥표면에 결합된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 오일저항층의 상호위치하에서 전기절연고부로부터 주조된 키이꼭대기의 바닥면에 전기전도부가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점고무.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 오일저항층은 오일저항고무로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점고무.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 오일저항층이 합성수지필름으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점고무.
