Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 2'-메틸리덴피리미딘 뉴클레오시드 화합물 또는 그의 염.
    상기식에서, R1은 아미노 또는 히드록시기이고: R2는 할로겐 또는 저급알킬(R1이 아니노인 경우)이거나, 또는 R2는 탄소원자수 2-7의 알킬, 탄소원자수 2-4의 알키닐 또는 할로알킬(R1이 히드록시기인 경우)이며; R3는 수소 또는 인산잔기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)내에서 R1이 히드록시기인 화합물의 토오토머인, 하기식으로 표시되는 화합물.
    상기식에서, R은 할로겐, 탄소원자수 2-4의 알킬, 탄소원자수 2-4의 알카닐 또는 할로알킬이고; R3는 수소 또는 인산잔기이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2'-데옥시-2'-메틸리덴-5-플루오로시티딘 또는 그의 염인 화합물.
  4. 활성성분으로서 제1항에서 정의한 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 활성성분이 2'-데옥시-2'-메틸리덴-5-플루오로시티딘 또는 그의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물.
