제2도는 본 발명의 테이프 제조방법에 이용되는 장치의 개략설명도,
제3도는 본 발명의 방법에 이용되는 배향기의 일부에 대한 개략설명도.

Claims (16)

  1. 적어도 하나의 표면상에 피브릴화 폴리머 필름층을 가지는 백킹을 포함하고, 상기 필름층은 상기 백킹을 향하고 있지 않은 그것의 주요 표면상에 압력감응성 접착제층을 가지는 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름이 기계방향으로 배향된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름이 피브릴화 되기 전에 필름형태로 미리 압출되어서 기계 방향으로 배향된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 약 3 : 1 내지 약 12 : 1의 배율로 배향된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 백킹이 폴리머 재료를 포함하는 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 필름층이 단위 인치(in) 당 약 50 내지 약 200개의 피브릴을 포함하는 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름이 폴리올레핀으로 제조된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름이 폴리프로필렌으로 제조된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름이 폴리에스테르로 제조된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압력감응성 접착제가 천연고무, 열가소성 수지 및 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 압력감응성 접착테이프.
  12. (a) 적어도 하나의 주요 표면상에 제 1의 접착제층을 가지는 백킹을 제공하는 단계와, (b) 피브릴화 폴리머 필름층을 제공하는 단계와, (c) 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름층을 상기 제 1의 접착제층에 의해서 상기 백킹에 접착시키는 단계와, (d) 상기 백킹을 향하고 있지 않은 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름층의 주요 표면상에 압력감응성 접착제층을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1항의 테이프의 제조방법.
  13. (a) 적어도 하나의 주요 표면상에 제 1의 접착제층을 가지는 백킹을 제공하는 단계와, (b) 피브릴화 배향 폴리머 필름층을 제공하는 단계와, (c) 상기 피르릴화 배향 폴리머 필름층을 상기 제 1의 접착제층에 의해서 상기 백킹에 접착시키는 단계와, (d) 상기 백킹을 향하고 있지 않은 상기 피브릴화 배향폴리머 필름층의 주요 표면상에 압력감응성 접착제층을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 제 2항의 테이프의 제조방법.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름을 피브릴화 전에 배향시키는 테이프의 제조방법.
  15. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴화 폴리머 필름을 배향 및 피브릴화 전에 압출하는 테이프의 제조방법.
  16. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 압력감응성 접착제층을 압출피복 방법에 의해 도포하는 테이프의 제조방법.
