Claims (9)
- 편물지의 정규의 스티치를 형성하고 있지 않은 홈부를 검출하는 편성포 홈의 검출방법에 있어서, 스티치를 형성하는 사의 간격에 대응해서 배치된 3개의 검출기에 의해 편물지의 검출신호를 얻는 단계 ; 각 검출기가 얻은 검출신호에 소정의 중량부가를 하는 단계 ; 중량부가를 한 각 신호를 가산 AND/OR 감산하는 연산단계 ; 연산결과에 의거하여 홈의 유무의 판정을 하는 단계와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포홈의 검출방법.
- 편물지의 정규의 스티치를 형성하고 있지 않은 홈부를 검출하는 편성포 홈을 검출장치에 있어서, 스티치를 형성하는 사의 간격에 대응해서 배치된 3개의 검출수단 ; 각 검출수단의 검출신호에 소정의 중량부가를 행하는 중량부가수단 ; 중량부가된 신호를 가산 AND/OR 감산 처리하는 연산수단 ; 연산수단에서 얻은 연산결과에 의거하여 편성표 홈의 유무의 판정을 행하는 판정수단과로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성표 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 편물지를 통해서 광원과 대향한 상태로 배치된 광전변환소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 각 검출수단은 편물지의 스티치를 형성하는 종사의 간격에 대응해서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 광원이 편물지의 내측에 광전변환소자가 편물지의 외측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 중량부가수단은 중앙의 검출수단의 검출신호를 그의 양 사이드의 검출수단의 검출신호 2배로 중량부가하는 회로를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 중량부가수단은 검출신호를 2배로 증폭하는 애널로그 앰프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 연산수단은 런과 같은 작은 홈을 검출하는 구성부분과 원형구멍과 같은 큰 홈을 검출하는 구성부분을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 런과 같은 작은 홈을 검출하는 부분은(B-A)+(B-C)의 연산을 행하고, 원형구멍과 같은 큰 홈을 검출하는 구성부분은 A+B+C의 연산을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편성포 홈의 검출장치(단, B는 중앙의 검출수단의 검출신호 레벨, A, C는 상기 검출수단의 우 또는 좌측에 있는 검출수단의 검출신호 레벨임.)
