Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- (A) 적어도 하나의 케톤 25 내지 75중량%와 적어도 하나의 방향족 탄화수소 75 내지 25중량%로 이루어진 용매계에, 가수분해할 수 있는 할라이드 및/또는 결합된 할라이드를 함유하는 에폭시 수지를 용해시키고; (B) 공용매로서 분자당 적어도 하나의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 적어도 하나의 화합물을, 상기 언급한 에폭시 수지 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 5중량%의 양으로 가한 다음; (C) 생성된 용액을 50℃ 내지 200℃까지의 온도로 가열하여; (D) 총 할라이드의 당량당 알칼리 금속 수산화물 0.25 내지 10몰을 가하고; (E) 상기의 에폭시 수지 중의 총 할라이드 함량을 감소시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 가열을 계속한 후; (F)단계 (E)로부터의 생성물을 물, 무기 약산의 묽은 수용액, 산염, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 세척하고; (G) 단계 (F)의 생성물로부터 총 할라이드 함량이 감소된 에폭시 수지 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 가수분해할 수 있는 할라이드 및/또는 결합된 할라이드를 함유하는 에폭시 수지중의 총 할라이드 함량을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) 단계 (A)에서의 용매계가 하나의 케톤 50 내지 75%을 함유하며 방향족 탄화수소는 50 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하고; (ii) 단계 (B)에서의 공용매는 에폭시 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 1중량%의 양으로 존재하며; (iii) 단계 (C)에서 가열은 100℃내지 130℃의 온도에서 수행하며; (iv) 단계 (D)에서 알칼리 금속 수산화물은 총 할라이드의 당량당 1 내지 5몰의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (i) 케톤이 메틸 에틸 케톤 또는 메틸 이소부틸 케톤이고; (ii) 방향족 탄화수소는 벤젠, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌이며; (iii) 공용매는 평균분자량이 100 내지 600인 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 또는 폴리옥시 플로필렌 글리콜이고; (iv) 알칼리 금속 수산화물은 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨이며; (v)단계 (D)에서 알칼리 금속 수산화물은 총 할라이드의 당량당 1 내지 3몰의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, (i) 케톤이 메틸 에틸 케톤이고; (ii) 방향족 탄화수소는 톨루엔이며; (iii) 공용매는 평균분자량이 200 내지 400인 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜이고; (iv) 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화칼륨인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(F)에서는 단계(E)로부터의 생성물을 무기 약산의 묽은 용액으로 적어도 1회 세척하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 약산이 인산 또는 탄산인 방법.
