본 고안은 액체 또는 겔상태의 의약품이나 각종 음료수를 연질 비닐용기에 기포 없이 액체가 진공밀봉될 수 있도록 진공을 이용한 액체의 정량 자동분주장치에 관한 것이다.
항응성고체와 같은 의약품이나 우유, 기타 첨가액체를 연질 PVC 용기에 포장할 때 기포 또는 공기가 혼합되면 우유와 같은 음료수는 맛의 변질과 쉽게 부패되고 항응고체의 의약품은 딱딱한 고체상태로 변하게 흡취하지 못하게 되는 원인이 발생하므로 내용물 밀폐포장시 고도의 기술과 주의를 요하여 현재주로 사용되는 밀봉방법은 일단 내용물을 주입한 후 다시 진공상태내의 기기내부에서 주입구를 밀봉하는 방법이 주로 사용되었던 바 복잡한 여러 공정을 거치는 번잡함으로 제조작업이 지체됨과 동시 기계가 단일화되지 못하여 시설설치에 많은 경제적 부담을 주었을 뿐만 아니라 이로 인해 제조원가가 상승되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 각종 액체첨가물을 자동으로 자동분주할 수 있도록 고안된 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
내용물 저장용기(2)로부터 본체(1)로 연결되는 인입관(3)에 제1밸브(V1)를 형성하여 밀폐실(4)의 중앙에 위치된 비닐용기(A)로 인입되는 내용물의 인립량을 조절단속케하고 비닐용기(A)의 주입구 일측으로는 흡입관(5)을 밀폐실(4)의 중간위치에는 에어인출관(6)을 제2밸브(V2)와 제3밸브(A3)로 단속되게 각각 병렬로 형성하여 진공펌프(7)에 연결시킨다.
비닐용기(A)의 주입구 직상방으로 본체(1) 내부에는 밀봉기(8)를 위치하여 내용물이 인입된 후에는 밀봉기(8)의 선단부가 하강되며 이미 알고 있는 바와 같은 열융착과 같은 방법으로 비닐용기(A)의 주입구를 밀봉처리케 한다.
밀폐실(4)의 일측벽 또는 저면은 개폐가 가능하게 하여 내용물의 충진후 완성된 것을 인출하고 새로운 비닐용기(A)를 고체시킬 수 있게 한다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 작동순서를 좀 더 상세히 설명하면, 우선 첨부된 도면에서 표현된 바와 같은 상태로 밀폐실(4)의 내부에 비닐용기(A)를 내장하여 그 주입가 인입관(3)과 흡입관(5)의 사이에 위치되게 한 상태에서 제1밸브(V1)와 제3밸브(A3)는 밀폐되게 하고 제2밸브(V2)를 개방시키면 진공펌프(7)에 의해 에어가 흡입되므로 비닐용기(A)내의 압력이 "0"가 되며 비닐용기(A)의 유연성에 의해 튜브체로 된 것이 서로 밀착되어 공기가 전혀 없도록 한다.
상기 상태에서 제2밸브(V2)는 밀폐시키고 제3밸브(A3)를 개방시킴에 따라 밀폐실(4)내의 공기가 진공펌프(7)의 작동으로 인출됨에 따라 비닐용기(A)의 외부, 즉 밀폐실(4) 내부의 압력이 "0"로 되어 밀폐실(4)과 비닐용기(A)에는 공기나 압력이 전혀 없는 상태에서 제3밸브(A3)만이 개방되어 에어를 계속 에어인출관(6)으로 배출하도록 함과 동시 제1밸브(V1)를 개방시키면 비닐용기(A)내의 체적이 늘어나면서 제1밸브(V1)에 의해 단속되었던 각종 내용물이 비닐용기(A)내로 충진되어 일정시간이 경과된 후 제1밸브(V1)만을 밀폐시켜 내용물의 충진을 정지하여 공급을 끝낸 다음 다시 제2밸브(V2)를 개방하여 진공펌프(7)에 의해 동일한 힘으로 압력이 작동되므로 비닐용기(A)내의 압력과 밀폐실(4)내의 압력은 동일하게 되어 내용물이 배출되거나 역류되는 현상은 발생하지 않고 단지 밀폐실(4)과 비닐용기(A)내의 공기만을 순수히 배출시키게 되어 기포나 공기가 내용물과 혼합되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수가 있는 것이다.
이렇게 하여 제1밸브(V1)의 개방시간에 따라 원하는 량의 내용물만을 충진시킨 다음에는 비닐용기(A)의 주입구 상단에 위치되었던 밀봉기(8)의 선단부가 하강되며 비닐용기(A) 상단주입구를 열처리의 방법으로 밀봉하여 비닐용기(A)내의 내용물공급과 진공을 유지하는 작업을 끝내고 새로운 비닐용기(A)와 교체작업을 하면 된다.
상술한 바와 같은 제1밸브(V1) 및 제2, 제3밸브(V2)(V3)는 타이머(도시없음)와 같은 콘트롤장치에 의해 자동으로 조절할 수가 있어 자동화가 힘든 연질 PVC 비닐용기에 항응고체와 겔상태 또는 액체의 각종의약품 뿐만 아니라 우유와 같은 음료수 등의 첨가내용물을 압력차에 의한 밸브조작으로 신속하고 정확히 모든 동작이 이루워지게 하며 1단위의 기계공적으로 내용물 충진 및 밀봉까지 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 제조원가를 저렴하게 하므로 소비자들의 경제적 부담을 덜어줄 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

- 내용물 저장용기(2)로부터 본체(1)로 연결되는 인입관(3)에 제1밸브(V1)를 형성하여 밀폐실(4)의 중앙에 위치된 비닐용기(A)로 인입되는 내용물의 인립량을 조절단속케하고 비닐용기(A)의 주입구 일측으로는 흡입관(5)을 밀폐실(4)의 중간위치에는 에어인출관(6)을 제2밸브(V2)와 제3밸브(A3)로 단속되게 각각 병렬로 형성하여 진공펌프(7)의 진입흡입과 제1,제2,제3밸브(V1)(V2)(V3)의 개폐순서에 따라 충진 및 진공유지를 할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공을 이용한 내용물의 정량 자동분주장치.
