Claims (1)
- 합금은 Cr이 20-30wt%이고, Co 가 12.5-15.7 이며 X(X는 α 형성원소 : Ti, V, Al, Zr, Si, W 등)의 성분이 1-5wt% 범위이고 나머지는 Fe로 된 합금으로된 영구자석의 제조방법에 있어서, 600℃-710℃ 온도범위에서 15-45분 동안 1Kg중/㎟-9.5kg중/㎟의 응력으로 응력시효하여 (BH)max가 2-6MGOe 범위로 되게한 것을 특징으로 하는 철-크롬-코발트-X 영구자석의 응력시효에 의한 제조방법.
