Claims (6)
- 탄화수소 전환반응에 사용되는 소모촉매입자를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 하기(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치 : (a) 촉매입자가 중력에 의해 이동되고, 연소 대역으로 구성된 실린더 상부(28), 상기 상부보다 작은 직경을 가진 실린더 하부(27), 및 상기 하부의 단부에 위치된 촉매 출구노즐(2)을 가진 수직형 반응기(1), (b) 상기 반응기 상부(28)와 직경이 다르며, 서로 동심원으로 되어있어 하강층 촉매가 중력에 의해 이동되는 환상부피(26)를 형성하고, 거기서, 상기 환상부피는 반응기 하부(27)와 접촉하고 있으며, 그리고 상기 반응기 상부(28)와 동심원으로 배열되어 있어 반응기벽(28)과 외부의 촉매체류막(19)사이에 가스를 분산시키는 환상공간(17)을 형성하는 두 개의 수직 실린더형 촉매체류막 (16,19), (c) 상기 반응기 위에 있는 소모 촉매 입구노즐(34), 그리고 촉매 입구노즐에 연결되어 있으며 상기 촉매 체류막(16,19)에 의해 체류되는 상기 환상 하강층 입자의 상부와 접촉되는 내부촉매 입구관(34), (d) 상기 반응기 위에 있으며 상기 환상가스 분산 공간(17)과 접촉하고 있는 재생가스 노즐(31), (e) 상기 반응기 위에 있으며, 내부의 촉매 체류막(16)에 의해 둘러싸인 실린더 중심공간(13)과 접촉하고 있는 연도가스 노즐(15), (f) 상기 바응기 하부(27)의 맨 윗부분에 있으며, 환상층의 촉매(26)와 접촉하고 있는 촉매 건조대역(8), (g) 상기 반응기 하부의 촉매 건조대역(8) 바로밑에 위치되어 있으며 상향으로 흐르는 공기유분을 가열하는 장치를 구비하고 있는 공기 가열대역(9), (h) 공기입구노즐(3), 및 상기 공기입구노즐(3)에 연결된 공기분산장치(4)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 반응기 하부의 공기 가열대역(9)바로 밑에 위치되어 있고, 거기서, 상기 공기분산장치(4)를 수평판으로 배열하여 공기가 수평한 전체에 걸쳐 일정한 방식으로 분산되도록 하는 촉매 냉각대역(7).
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기(a), (b), (c), (d)로 더욱 구성되고; 상기 반응기 상부(28) 및 촉매 체류막(16,19)의 연장 부분이 연소대역 바로 밑에 위치되어 있어서 상기 촉매 체류막에 의해 형성된 환상부피가 촉매 건조대역과 접촉하고 있는 촉매 할로겐화 대역(11)으로 더욱 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치 : (a) 상기 할로겐화 대역의 상부 경계에서 가스를 분산시키기 위해 환상공간(17) 상부에 위치되고, 반응기 측벽과 외부 촉매체류막(19) 사이에 연장되어 있어 상기 환상가스 분산공간에서 할로겐화대역(11)과 연소대역 사이의 가스흐름을 차단하는 수평 환상형 격막(29), (b) 상기 반응기에서 할로겐화대역(11)의 환상가스 분산공간(18)과 접촉하고 있는 할로겐 입구노즐(40), (c) 할로겐 출구노즐(40), 그리고 상기 할로겐 출구노즐과 연결되어있고 내부촉매 체류막(16)에 의해 둘러싸인 상기 중심공간(11)과 접촉되어 있는 할로겐 출구관(14), (d) 상기 중심공간내(11)에 위치되어 있고 할로겐화 대역의 중심공간내에서 상향으로 흐르는 가스의 일부분을 상기 할로겐 출구관(14) 쪽으로 유도하고, 할로겐화 대역의 상기 가스 분산공간내에서 흐르는 가스의 일부분을 촉매층 및 상기 연소대역의 중심공간을 통해 흐르게 하는 가스흐름 유도장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 가열대역이 촉매 흐름통로(21,22), 그리고 상기 가열장치로부터 떨어져 있는 상기 건조대역으로부터 상기 촉매 흐름통로(21,22)로 하향흐름 촉매를 유도하는 장치(6)로 더욱 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공기 가열대역(9)이 두 개의 촉매 흐름통로(21,22)와 평판(23,5)으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 흐름통로(21,22)는 상기 반응기 하부의 일부분의 측벽(27)에 의해 경계되어 있고, 상기 평판(23,5)은 서로 평행하며 또한 상기 반응기의 종축에 평행하게 상기 측벽과 현(27) 관계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상향흐름 공기유분을 가열하는 장치가 상기 촉매 흐름통로의 측판(23,5) 사이의 중심 공간 내에 위치된 가열관으로 구성되어 있으며, 공기를 상향통과 시키지만 중심공간으로 촉매의 하향유입을 막는 상기 측판들 사이에 연장된 유도장치(6)으로 덮혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 탄화수소 전환반응에 사용되는 소모촉매 입자를 재생하는 방법에 있어서, 하기 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h)의 공정으로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 방법. (a) 코우크스 산화온도로 유지되는 연소대역을 통해 소모 촉매입자를 중력에 의해 통과시켜 상기 촉매를 산소로 구성된 재생가스와 접촉시키고, (b) 촉매 건조대역을 통해 상기 연소대역에서 배출된 촉매 입자를 중력에 의해 통과시켜 상기 촉매로부터 물을 제거하고, (c) 연소대역, 냉각대역 및 건조대역을 동일한 반응기에 위치시키고, 촉매온도가 감소되는 촉매 냉각대역을 통해 촉매 건조대역에서 배출된 촉매입자를 중력에 의해 통과시키고, (d) 상기 촉매와의 향류접촉으로 상기 촉매 냉각대역을 통해 냉각 및 건조된 공기유분을 상향통과 시킴으로서, 촉매를 냉각시키면서 상기 공기유분을 가열시키고, (e) 상기 촉매 냉각대역과 동일한 반응기에 위치된 공기 가열대역내에서, 상기 촉매 냉각대역으로부터 배출된 공기유분을 코우크스 산화온도로 가열시키고, (f) 촉매와의 향류 접촉으로 상기 촉매 건조 대역을 통해 상기 공기 가열대역에서 배출된 공기유분을 상향 통과시켜 촉매로부터 물을 제거한 다음, (g) 상기의 건조대역에서 배출된 공기유분을 연소대역에 통과시키고, (h) 촉매 냉각대역으로부터 재생, 건조 및 냉각된 촉매입자를 회수하는 공정.
