Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- (가) 산화 다가 금속 킬레이트 화합물들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 반응물과 1분자당 4-12개의 탄소원자를 가진 알칸디올 (반응 용액을 기준으로 0.1-10중량%)로된 반응속도 개질제를 함유한 반응 용액과 산성의 가스 유동물을 황의 용융점 이하의 온도에서 접촉대에서 접촉시키고 (나) 결정질 황, 환원된 반응물, 및 반응속도 개질제를 함유한 혼합물로부터 정재된 가스 유동물을 분리하는 단계로 된 산성의 가스 유동물로부터 H2S를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응속도 개질제가 1분자당 4-8개의 탄소원자를 가진 알칸디올로 이루어진 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (가)단계의 반응속도 개질제에 2,3- 부탄디올을 첨가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (가)단계의 반응 속도 개질제에 1,4-부탄디올을 첨가하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황을 분리한 후에 잔존하는 (나)단계에서 분리된 혼합물중에 존재하는 환원된 반응물을 재생대에서 함산소 가스와 접촉시켜 재생된 반응물을 함유한 혼합물을 생성하고 생성된 혼합물을 (가)단계의 접촉대로 순환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (나)단계에서 분리된 혼합물중에 존재하는 환원된 반응물을 재생대에서 함산소 가스와 접촉시켜 재생된 반응물을 함유한 혼합물을 생성하고 생성된 혼합물을 (가)단계의 접촉대로 순환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산성의 가스 유동물중에 CO2를 함유시키며 CO2선택성 흡수제를 (가)단계의 반응물 용액에 첨가하여 (나)단계에서 분리된 혼합물중에 흡수된 CO2가 함유되도록 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, CO2선택성 흡수제로서 H2S에 대한 선택성을 가진 것을 이용하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (나)단계에서 분리된 것으로 황과 환원된 반응물을 함유한 혼합물로부터 CO2를 분리시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 황을 분리한 후 잔존하는 혼합물로부터 CO2를 분리하고 결정질 황중 최소한 일부를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 물로서는 다음과 같은 일반 구조식(1)를 가진 산과 다가 금속과의 배위 화합물 또는 일반 구조식(2)를 가진 것과 다가 금속과의 배위 화합물 또는 이들 산의 혼합물과 다가 금속과의 배위 화합물을 이용하는 방법.위의 식에서 n은 1-3까지의 정수, Y는 카르복시메틸기 또는 2-카르복시에틸기이고 X는 2-히드록시에틸기 또는 2-히드록시프로필기 또는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기임 :위의 식에서 -Y중 2-4개는 카르복시메틸기 또는 2-카르복시에틸기이고, -Y중 0-2개는 2-히드록시에틸기 또는 2-히드록시프로필기이거나 다음과 같은 일반 구조식을 가진기임 :이 식에서 Y는 카르복시메틸기, 2-카르복시에틸기, 2-히드록시에틸기 또는 2-히드록시프로필기이다. -R은 에틸렌기, 트리메틸렌기, 1-메틸에틸렌기, 1,2-시클로헥실렌기 또는 1,2-벤질렌기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 에틸렌디아민으로부터 유도된 아미노아세트산과 다가 금속과의 배위 착물을 반응물로 이용하는 방법.
- 제1l항에 있어서, 암모니아으로부터 유도된 아미노 아세트산과 다가 금속과의 배위 착물을 반응물로 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가 금속으로서 철을 이용하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 2-히드록시에틸에틸렌디아민 트리아세트산과 철과의 배위착물을 반응물로 이용하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 니트릴로트리아세트산과 철과의 배위착물을 반응물로 이용하는 방법.
