Claims (7)
- 철판덮개(2)를 부착한 홈이 파진 판상의 강한 영구자석(1)의 양면극 사이에 스틸올로 된 흡착필터(3)을 장치하고 스틸율에 심한 불균일 자광이 발생되게 한, 영구자석식 자력선광장치 및 초음파 발생장치(12)가 부착된 철제탱크에 광석 슬러리를 넣고 초음파로 진동시켜서 비중과 입도가 큰 광물들을 분리해내는 초음파 진동광물 분리장치가 결합된 비금속광물 선광장치.
- 제1항에서 영구자석이 판자모양이거나 또는 홈의 수가 적은 것.
- 제1항에서 흡착필터가 고정되어 있지 않고 이동식으로 된 것.
- 제1항에 있어서 영구자석의 자장 주위에 솔레노이드 코일을 감은 것.
- 제1항에서 초음파 진동장치가 원통모양인 것.
- 영구자석식 자력선광장치를 사용하여 비금속 광물을 선광한 후 초음파 진동광물 분리장치를 사용하여 불순물을 제거하여 비금속광물을 선광하는 방법.
- 영구자석식 자력선광장치로 선광하기전에 초음파 진동광물 분리장치를 사용하여 불순물을 먼저 제거한 후 영구자석식 자력선광장치로 선광하는 방법.
