Description
Claims (15)
- 튜브와, 이 튜브안에 배치되고 원자가 보상 반도체 세라믹 강제로 환원된 반도체 세라믹 재료나 또는 원자가 보상 및 강제 환원반도체 세라믹 재료로 만들어진 캐소드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 세라믹 재료가 티타늄, 바륨, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 란탄, 지르코늄, 주석의 산화물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 주성분을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원자가 보상 반도체 세라믹 재료가 Y, Dy, Hf, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Ho, Er, Tb, Sb, Nb, W, Yb, Sc 및 Ta로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 원자가 보상첨가제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 반원형의 방전표면을 가지며, 상기 캐소드를 지지하면서 상기 튜브의 단부를 통해 연장되는 리이드선을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 반원형의 방전 표면과 그 양단에 콘넥터를 갖는 기부를 포함하고, 상기 튜브단부를 통해 연장되며 상기 콘넥터를 지지하는 리이드 선을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 콘넥터의 표면에 도전성 필름이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 선형 방전표면을 가지며, 상기 튜브가 밀봉 지지부를 구비하여 상기 캐소드를 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 지지부가 상기 튜브의 단부를 관통하여 연장되고 밀봉식으로 고정되는 리이드선을 포함하고, 이 리이드선이 상기 방전 표면으로부터 떨어져서 캐소드에 배치된 돌출부 주위를 감게 되는 단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 지지부가 상기 방전표면으로부터 떨어져서 상기 캐소드에 배치되고 상기 튜브 단부에 밀봉식으로 고정된 돌출부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 지지부가 상기 캐소드에 배치되고, 상기 튜브로부터 돌출되는 단부를 가진 돌출부와, 상기 돌출부의 돌출단부에 연결되는 리이드선으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 반원형의 방전표면과 그 양단에 각각 형성된 리세스를 구비하며, 또한 이 리세스에 결합되고 상기 튜브에서 캐소드를 지지하는 리이드선을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드의 리세스에 도전성 필름이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 일단부에 방전표면을 갖는 원통형 부재로 이루어지고, 이 원통형 부재가 상기 튜브 단부를 통하여 연장되며 밀봉식으로 고정된 대향 단부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 튜브가 유리로 만들어지고, 또한 상기 원통형 부재 주위에 배치되어 상기 튜브에 밀봉상태로 부착된 유리층을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 외부에 연결을 위하여 상기 튜브의 바깥쪽에 배치된 전극을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프장치.
