Claims (7)
- 고정밸브판, 고정밸브판의 저면에 밀착되게 설치되고 슬라이딩 장치의 일부를 구성하는 최소한 하나의 슬라이딩밸브판 및 탄지장치에 의하여 슬라이딩밸브판의 저면에 밀착되는 하부고정밸브판을 포함하는 용융금속의 흐름을 조절하기 위한 슬라이딩게이트 밸브에 있어서, 슬라이딩장치(28)에 그 이동 방향을 따라서 길게 형성된 안내트랙(50)으로 구성된 탄지력 해제장치를 형성하되 슬라이딩장치(28)가 폐쇄위치로 이동하였을 때 탄지장치(40)와 직접 또는 간접으로 접촉하여 하부고정 밸브판에 가하여진 탄지력을 해제하도록 구성하여서된 슬라이딩 게이트 밸브.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 하부고정 밸브판에 주입관이 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 게이트 밸브.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 안내트랙(50)이 배출공(16)의 측방에 설치된 장방형체로된 안내판(66)에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 안내트랙(50)이 슬라이딩장치(28)의 폐쇄 단부쪽을 향하여 깊이가 감소하는 장방형 요홈(52)으로 구성되고 요홈(52)에는 스프링(42)와 함께 탄지장치(40)를 구성하는 회동 레바(44)(44')가 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 장방형 요홈(52)이 슬라이딩장치(28)의 프레임(29)내에 설치된 안내판(56)에 형성되고 슬라이딩장치(28)를 상부고정 밸브판(24)쪽으로 압압하는 탄지장치(40)와 미끄러지면서 접촉되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 회동레바(44)(44')가 고정축을 지축으로 회동할 수 있는 최소한 3개로 구성되고 하부 밸브판(30)의 측방에 횡방향으로 설치되어 일단은 스프링(42)에 탄지되고 타단은 하부 고정밸브판(30)에 결합되도록 되었으며 캠 레바(55)의 하부 밸브판측 단부의 상하면은 각각 안내판(66) 및 회동레바(44)(44')와 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 안내트랙(50)이 밸브를 닫았을 때 탄지장치에 직접 작용하도록 슬라이딩장치(28)에 형성된 돌조(51)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
