Claims (10)
- 나프토퀴논 및 다른 불순물을 함유하는 조 프탈산 무수물을, 승온에서, 나프토퀴논 함량을 25ppm미만으로 감소시키기에 충분한 양의, 1, 3-디엔의 중합반응에 의해 생성된 불포와 지방족 오일로 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 조 프탈산 무수물로 부터 나프토퀴논을 실질적으로 제거하는 개선된 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 1, 3-디엔의 중합반응에 의해 생성된 불포화 지방족 오일을 임의로 이성질체화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 존재하는 말레산 무수물을 분해시키기에 충분한 양의 알칼리 이온의 존재하에서 조 프탈산 무수물을 임의로 처리하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 존재하는 알칼리이온의 양이 약 1 내지 40ppm의 범위내이며, 불포화 지방족 오일의 양은 약 l.0 내지 약 0.005중량%의 범위내인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 존재하는 알칼리이온의 양이 2 내지 20ppm의 범위내이며, 사용되는 불포화 지방족 오일의 양은 약 0.2 내지 약 0.1중량%의 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합된 1, 3-디엔 오일이 폴리부타디엔, 폴리디메틸부타디엔, 폴리-1,3-펜타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리피페릴렌 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 상기 오일의 분자량이 약 800 내지 약 5,000의 범위내인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중합된 1, 3-디엔 오일이 폴리부타디엔이고, 상기 오일의 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 약 3,000인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 처리가 약 180 내지 280℃의 온도범위내에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 처리가 약 4 내지 20시간 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성된 정제 프탈산 무수물을 추가로 증류하여 나프토퀴논 함량을 1ppm이하로 저하시키는 방법.
