Claims (1)
- 고아연 제강 더스트를 조립하여 펠릿으로 형성하고 이 펠릿을 상부에 예열부, 하부에 환원부를 구비한 샤프트 타잎의 예열, 예비환원로에 장입하여 예열부에서 펠릿중의 수분, 탄소 및 강열감량 성분을 제거하고 환원부에서의 장입 가스 조건(온도, CO/CO2비율)을 ZnO+CO=Zn+CO2의 평형선과, FeO+CO=Fe+CO2의 평형선 및 C+CO2=2CO의 평형선으로 둘러싸인 영역에 설정하여 산화아연의 환원은 강력히 제어하는데비해 철산화물의 환원은 적극적으로 일으키도록 예비환원하고, 이어서 예비환원한 펠릿을 탄소질고체 환원제와 함께 유도로에 투입하여 상기 유도로에서 용융환원시킴으로써 아연은 증류에 의하여 분리하여 조아연으로서 회수하고, 철과 납은 비중분리하고, 철은 용융선철로서, 납은 조납으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고아연 제강 더스트로 부터의 유가금속 회수방법.
