Claims (11)
- 규소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 우라늄의 제조공정에 있어서, (a) 사뷸화 규소, 사불화 티타늄, 사불화 지르코늄, 사불화 우라늄 혹은 육불화 우라늄을 원소나트륨으로 반응시켜 규소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 혹은 우라늄과 나트륨 울화물의 혼합물을 얻고,(b) 알칼리 토금속 염학물의 수용액을 첨가하고,(c) 불화나트륨을 알칼리 토금속 염화물과 반응시켜 염화나트륨 용액속에서 불용성 알칼리 토금속 불화룰과 규소, 티타늄, 지르고늄 흑은 우라늄을 포함하는 슬러리를 형성하고, (d) 전술한 슬러리로부터 규소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 혹은 우라늄을 분리하고; (e) 전술한 슬러리로부터 알칼리 토금속 뷸화물을 분리하고, 그리고 ⒡염화나트륨을 전기분해로 환원하여 순수 금속나트륨을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(f)로부터 나온 금속나트륨을 단계(a)에서 재순환시키는 공정.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속 염화물이 염화칼슘, 염화마그네슘 및 염화바륨으로된 그룹중에서 선택되는 공정.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속 염화물이 염화 칼슘인 공정.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 엄화칼슘용액의 pH가 염산, 요오드화 수소산, 과염소산, 질산, 브롬화 수소산으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 산으로서 1 내지 5범위로 조절되는 공정
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 산이 염산인 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 염화나트륨염이 전기분해 환원 전에 물을 제거하는 공정.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 염화칼슘의 용액이 물과 5% 내지 이 용액을 포화시키는데 충분한 양의 범위의 염
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 사룰화 규소를 원소 나트륨과 반응시켜 규소와 나트륨 불화물을 얻는단계이고, 알칼리 토금속 염화물이 염화칼슘이고, 알칼리 토금속 불화물이 불화칼슘인 공정.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 얻는 금속나트륨을 단계(a)로 순환시키는 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(f)를 수행하기 전에 수성염화나트륨으로 부터 모든 전이금속을 추출하는 단계를 더 포함하는 공정.
