Description
Claims (31)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 성분(A)의 "최소 유효량"을 적어도 25%까지 감소시키는데 충분한 양으로 제공되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 "최소 유효량"으로 존재하는 양의 3배이상의 농도로 제공되는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0.02 내지 2.0중량%의 부식 억제제가 제공되는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 성분(A) : 성분(B)의 몰비가 1 : 1.5 내지 1.5 : 1인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, pH 조절제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, pH 조절제가, 사용중인 조성물의 pH값을 7.0 내지 11.5의 범위내로 유지시킬 수있는 완충제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 필수적으로 아민 화합물을 함유하지 않으며 완충제가 수용성 인산염, 붕산염, 중탄산염 및 보락스로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 성분을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물 : 중합체의 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 1인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기중합체가 폴리(옥시알킬렌)-함유 중합체, 아크릴산 중합체 및 공중합체, 아크릴산 중합체 및 공중합체의 알칼리 금속염 및 암모늄염, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 폴리옥사졸린으로 이루어진 그룹중에서, 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 폴리(옥시알킬렌)-함유 중합체인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중합체가 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드의 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 공중합체가 옥시에틸렌 그룹 60 내지 90중량% 및 옥시프로필렌 그룹 40 내지 10중량%를 함유하며, 분자량이 10,000 내지 16,000인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 니트로-치환된 방향족 화합물이 억제제 시스템의 "최소 유효량"으로 존재하는 양의 3배이상의 양으로 제공되는 조성물.
- 제15항에있어서, 니트로-치환된 방향족 화합물 : 강화제의 몰비가 11.5 내지 1.5 : 1인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 니트로-치환된 방향족 화합물이 조성물 중량을 기준으로 0.02 내지 2.0중량%의 양으로 제공되는 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 공중합체가 옥시에틸렌 그룹 60 내지 90중량% 및 옥시프로필렌 그룹 40 내지 10중량%를 함유하며, 분자량이 10,000 내지 16,000인 조성물.
- 반복 담금질 시험(여기에서, 시험후 조성물의 pH는 7이며, 억제제 강화제의 몰비는 1 : 1.5 내지 1.5 : 1이다)당 1.0㎎이하의 전-산 세척 부식 변화량이 제공되도록, 오르토-, 메타- 및 파라- 니트로벤조산, 4-니트로프탈산, 5-니트로이소프탈산, 3,5-디니트로벤조산, 및 이들의 알칼리 금속염 및 유기 또는 무기 수용성 염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 부식억제제 및 충분량의 하기 일반식(B)의 수용성 강화제가 혼입된 수성 유기중합체-함유 조성물.상기식에서, M1은 수소, 및 유기 또는 무기 양이온으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 것이며, m은 1 또는 2이다.
- 제19항에 있어서, 중합체가 20℃에서 50g/1 이상의 수용해도를 제공하는데 충분한 양의 (옥시에틸렌)그룹을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, pH 조절제가, 사용중인 조성물의 pH값을 7.0 내지 11.5 범위내로 유지시킬 수 있는 완충제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 필수적으로 아민 화합뭍을 항유하지 않으며 완충제가 수용성 인산염, 붕산염, 중탄산염 및 보락스로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 성분을 함유함을 특징으로하는, 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 부식억제제가 벤조산의 알칼리 금속염인 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 중합체가 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드의 공중합체인 조성물
- 제23항에 있어서, 중합체가 블록 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 중합체가 랜덤 공중합체인 조성물.
- 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 유기 중합체 0.5 내지 20중량% 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하나 또는 두개의 방향족 환 및 하나이상의 니트로 치환체를 가진 수용성 방향족 카복실산 또는 이의 염 ,0.02 내지 2.0중량% 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하나 또는 두개의 하이드록시 치환체를 가진 수용성 단일방향족 카복실산 또는 이의 염 0.02 내지 2.0중량% 및 나머지 양의 물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 필수적으로 아민 화합물을 함유하지 않은 수성 담금질 조성물.
- 제27항에 있어서, 사용중인 조성물의 pH값을 7.0 내지 11.5의 범위내로 유지시킬 수 있는 완충제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제28항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 폴리(옥시알킬렌)-함유 중합체, 아크릴산 중합체 및 공중합체, 아크릴산 중합체 및 공중합체의 알칼리 금속염 및 암모늄염, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리옥사졸린 및 폴리비닐알콜로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
- (a) 금속 가공편을 소정의 고온으로 가열하고, (b) 금속 가공편의 온도가 소정의 온도로 도달될때까지, 금속 가공편을 제27항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 욕속에 침지시킨 다음, (c) 가공편을 욕으로부터 회수함을 특징으로하여, 금속을 담금질하는 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 욕의 유기 중합체가 알킬렌 옥사이드-함유 중합체이며, 또한 욕이 사용중인 조성물의 pH값을 7.0 내지 11.5의 범위내로 유지시키는데 충분한 완충제를 함유하는 방법.
